The room size is great and I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the cozy lobby facilities. The tram station is right in front of the hotel and it’s just three stops to the tourist area – super convenient. But beyond the nice facilities, what truly made me fall in love with this place was the attitude of the people who work here. They are the most friendly, relaxed and helpful staff I’ve ever met. They create an amazing atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is also filled with positive quotes, which adds a special vibe and makes it feel like more than just a hotel.

Super friendly personal, always happy and careing for the guests, stayed here for 4 days to learn and write an examination afterwards for getting a pilots license. Really good food and recommandable restaurant, super breakfast.

Good breakfast. Our XXL Mama room was large and comfortable. I liked the large bathroom surface and the double sink in the main bathroom was a boon. The hotel decoration is nice and warm, and makes the place feel like a home, more than a hotel. The location is excellent - close to the Sportovní hala Fortuna where we attended an event. There is also a shopping mall next door, and a bunch of good restaurants in the area. Public transportation is also available and easy.

It was potentially great that this unit had a second toilet, but unfortunately, they were too small to be convenient, except maybe for children. I didn't like the lack of closed storage space - all hangers are open and have no sides to them, as shown in the photos. There was not a single closet. The hotel seems not to have a baggage cart. We had a lot of baggage pieces for a long trip, and had to roll them all the way to the room.

A great hotel with an amazing location. It's located next to a shoping center, which has many restaurants and fast food options. The tram station is right next to the hotel and you can reach the center in less than 20 minutes. The lobby area offers many free entertainment options, such as a pool table, many retro arcade machines with more than 800 games on them, a pinball machine and much more. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The hotel is a bit adult oriented, which can't be that clearly seen on the website when booking, but for adults and couples that's not a problem.

The bathroom is a bit small if you are on the taller side. The parking could also be a bit better, but it's still good. It costs 10€ per day, but you park right next to the hotel.

The best thing is the big windows in the room and the overall vibe of the hotel is very cool. The rooms are kept nice and clean, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. There are good arcade machines and places to relax and be comfortable. The hotel staff are very kind. We requested a higher floor and they gave us the highest floor they could, it really made our stay feel better. This is our second time at the hotel and we love the overall experience.

The heater in the bathroom wasn’t working properly so the room was cold after taking a shower. The bar staff were unattentive at times, but generally staff are nice. For the price some amenities are missing like a robe or slippers in the room.

Whether you’re looking to relax or have a good time, there were plenty of options to keep you entertained throughout the day and night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It truly made our stay memorable, and I would definitely stay here again!

Super cozy room with extremely comfortable beds. Loved that pets were free too! Staff were super nice, and the hotel itself is a very nice hipster cozy place with some retro arcade games and a great bar with huge windows. Also well placed for the center, and we loved exploring the 7th district which we'd never visited before. We'd come again!

Not much not to like, the only thing is that the room was very hot at night with no way of changing the temperature (we would turn it down but it still kept going up to 23 degrees). It was also a bit pricey (160 € / night without breakfast). A kettle would be nice too :)
