This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Location + Rooftop view + Center... I was especially impressed by the service and staff of the hotel, from the very entrance to the hotel. I have traveled and am traveling a lot, so I have the opportunity to compare. Special thanks to Yuri from the reception, for good advice and general attitude towards us, as well as Ahmed and Aisha. Super level of service. I will definitely review the availability of this hotel and its network. I definitely recommend it !!!!!

Great location in the Old Town of Prague, all the sights, bars and restaurants in short walking distance but still in a quiet area. Parking spot was great, free and right around the corner with extra security. Nice rooms, very clean; super friendly staff and absolutely great breakfast!

The Hotel is located in the heart of the old Praha city. Perfect location. Clean and Spacious room (Superior Double Room). Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect with variety of deliciousness to choose from. We specially enjoyed our evenings (after a day full of walking in the city) in the hotel restaurant having the beer and snacks. (try their fresh tea) Bonus hint 1: Parking works like that, you find a parking spot and park on the streets around the hotel (blue zone) and give your license number to the reception and they will take care of the registering, etc. I sent my license number by message before arriving and they had it in the system already. Bonus hint 2: The restaurant "Lokál Dlouhááá" is right next door to the hotel. We found that this restaurant is ranked number 1 for traditional Czech cuisine in Prague. Enjoy the beer, good food, and atmosphere. Make sure you try Beef Tartar and Goulash.

I requested twin room but hotel didn’t receive info via booking.com therefore had to be resolved on checking in & luckily one was available.

This hotel has got it right! Five star service in all areas of the hotel. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly with a professional approach. They were always available and keen to help.I was impressed with breakfast. The choice/range of food was exceptional.It was as if they had thought of breakfast food preferences around the world and provided them! The staff worked very hard ,clearing and setting tables up quickly, replenishing food promptly and generally being friendly and approachable.We were lucky to get a very big room( upgrade I think ) which had everything we needed including a really comfortable bed with good quality linen.Housekeeping staff were again friendly and did a great job everyday of making up the room. Location was perfect for us. Quiet street but in the old town with everything accessible We walked everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel from Monday to Wednesday. It is conveniently located near the old town, and there is free parking available for those arriving by car. We parked our car and didn’t need to use it again since everything was within walking distance! The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ahmed was incredibly kind, warmly greeted us, provided us with great tips on places to visit and things to do, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Anna and Kate at the reception were also very kind and made us feel truly welcome. They were always there to assist with anything we needed. A huge thank you to Ahmed, Anna, and Kate. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Prague!

Everything was perfect

Everything was great. Hotel team is excellent, Anna and Tanya helped a lot with all issues. And breakfast is really amazing! Highly recomended.

Hotel room doesn't have a climate conditioning what can make a problem during the hot days.

The location and rooftop were amazing spaces! The lobby was pretty cool too.

I got the Franz Ferdinand room so I was slightly worried about being assassinated;)

Location was great, all staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size, and beds very comfortable. Also we all got a free welcome drink on the roof top bar which was an added bonus.

Not much to dislike, the only thing I can think of was the shower bracket wasn't great so sometimes the shower head would shoot up. Water pressure etc. all fine though.
