We stayed there with our daughter and her boyfriend, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The decor was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a Tesco nearby and the apartment was close to a tram stop.

There was no door separating the two bedroom areas for privacy. The bathroom didn't have enough towel rails or hooks for four towels. Some maintenance was needed, e.g. the curtains didn't close completely, one rail even fell down, one of the bulbs in the bedside lamps was broken, the hooks near the front door fell down when we tried to use them. We didn't get the code information before leaving home, so we arrived without the necessary information after 5.00 pm, when no one was there to let us in. It should not be assumed that people visiting from another country have access to the internet when they are traveling.

This is an ideally situated property with many tram lines available. The apartment was truly wonderful, clean, with an exceptional view on the castle. Denise, thank you in particular for your help in printing out our conference papers and for being so warm and supportive. We also made use of the transfer service offered by Lucie, and her daughter. We could not have asked for better. Prague is a beautiful city and the warmth of its people is beyond memorable. If you plan to go to Praha, this is the best place to stay!!!

The only minor issue was not having a washing machine in the apartment. This was not a surprise to us as the amenities were properly advertised. I should add that the advertisement and photos do not pay hommage to the beauty of the place.

Great location; Size of the apartment is really huge; Very comfortable, everything you might need; Stylish interior; Our apartment was in the last (5) floor, with a high ceiling; Everything was clear and brand new; Bathroom is also huge and comfortable; Coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher in the kitchen. In our apartment was climatisation, and that was really helpful. Please note that there are tram tracks near the building, so sometimes it might be a bit noisy. But, really, apartment was great and luxury.

It's not about the apartment itself; it's more about the booking process. After I made the reservation, I received a lot (I mean – really a lot) of messages via Booking from this accommodation. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this. It was a fully prepaid booking, and I don't think it was really necessary to send me all those messages. Also, someone tried to scam me via WhatsApp, which is not acceptable at all. I hope the staff will do something about it in the foreseeable future.

The daily turn down service and removal of rubbish was great and something not every serviced apartment does. The kitchen was well equipped and had a dishwasher which was handy. The room was a good size. It was within walking distance of supermarkets and a 20min walk to old town so wasn’t in the hustle and bustle.

The old building with obvious conversion into separate apartments meant that there was a staircase directly above our entry to our kitchen which became a hazard for hitting our heads on, but this isn’t the fault of the company, just the building. Whilst the skylight above the bed was nice, the cover for it was broken which meant the sun was in our eyes from early morning

The apartment-hotel is located right in the city center, making it the perfect base for exploring the Vltava River, Prague Castle, and all the main sights. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we especially loved having a coffee machine with coffee pods — a great way to enjoy a fresh cup first thing in the morning! Although we arrived late in the evening and the reception was closed, the team had already arranged everything for us and sent all the details we needed to access the room. They even left a note with key information, which was very thoughtful.

t’s a quiet and pleasant place overall. The only minor downside was that the tram passes by the hotel, which can be a bit noisy, but for us, traveling with a baby after 7 hours of driving, it wasn’t a big issue. All in all, a great stay! We recommend!

We had a great stay. The location is excellent—there’s a convenient tram connection to the city center and it’s also easy to get to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that the apartment is that it was a bit noisy at times—we could hear the main door opening and the trams passing by. However, overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d still recommend it for its great location and service. :)

The position of the Royal Prague is excellent. Not being on a main road, it was very quiet. The surrounding area has plenty of good restaurants and bars. The Charles Bridge and the Jewish quarter are only a 20-minute walk away. The room was spacious, and the shower was hot and powerful.

The bed was a little soft for my liking. Just a warning to those visiting in the height of summer, the room gets warm. There were x2 fans, which we used and kept us comfortable. A note to the owner, thanks for the quick response to getting the door open after we had trouble opening the lock. It did stick on us a couple more times, but we were able to get in. Perhaps the lock needs some maintenance?

Location was great, very close to the city centre. Space was great, kitchenette with kettle and microwave. Had a large bottle which was used to refill water and put in the fridge as a couple of days reached 31 degrees which was crucial to surviving such heat. Everything else was good, would reccomend.

Had asked for an iron which didn't come (there was a planned elevator repair which was the reasoning given by reception). No A/C which did mean during the really hot days it was super warm even though an electric fan was provided, so fine if temperatures aren't going above 25 degrees.

Fabulous location for walking to many interesting parts of the city plus the Hop in bus stop was very close. I loved the historic architecture of the building. Having the kitchen and supplies started the day off nicely with our home breakfast. We arrived early and were fortunate to be given early access to our room. The secure mailbox provided easy, early checkout. The beds, linens and towels were all excellent quality and comfortable.

Both men in the group found the noise of the trams disturbing at night. The women acclimated easily to the sound.

The property is in a perfect location, plenty of space in the apartment clean well organized.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, but we experienced a bit of disorganization in terms of cleaning, first of all, we received a letter to pay for the laundry, which was not our responsibility, as we do not use this service. The second case, to change the towels, was unfortunately not completely successful. Only 2 of the 3 towels were replaced.
