The room was perfectly clean, new, modern, comfortable. There was everything one could wish for. Good breakfast, but the same stuff every day

The only thing that left a bad aftertaste was the staff that tried to overcharge my friends when all the prices are listed on booking. I don’t know if they just made a mistake or were trying to rip my friends off, but that definitely needs some supervision.

Location was brilliant for a conference, especially if you had already visited Prague as a tourist earlier. Breakfast was excellent (we were able to partake of it it during the conference. Room - a junior suite - was spacious and nicely furnished.

The laptop safe was not big enough to hold one of our laptops (not at all a huge one). The bathroom was relatively small and not well designed. The glass panel in the shower was not wide enough to stop water splashing onto the floor.The mirrors all fogged up after a hot shower - exhaust fans didn't work well enough to cope. The mini bar was promoted as being free but only contained one can of beer and one of soft drink - which were not replenished in the one instance when we had the room cleaned.

This hotel was in a great location. Around 18 minutes taxi ride from the airport. Metro and tram lines right outside the hotel to take you into the centre, metro was a 10 minute ride. Supermarket right next door and restaurants near by. Bedroom was big and spacious, bathroom was nice with a bath and shower and shampoo /conditioner/ body wash all provided, a hairdryer was also there.Bed was comfortable, but would have liked another pillow instead of just the one. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding plenty to choose from. Bar and restaurant area is lovely and the food was good there also. Very clean hotel and very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Nothing really, could have done with more English channels, this is just because we had a rainy day and was in the room a little longer.

The location is great. It’s not Old Town but with the metro and tram stops right outside, you can get everywhere you need to go in minutes. The breakfast was outstanding; fresh, high quality food. Homemade Bircher muesli, cooked to order omelettes, a huge selection of cereals, meats and cheeses… best breakfast I’ve had in Prague and this is my fourth visit to the city. The rooms were secure, comfortable and well maintained with complimentary toiletries and thick fluffy towels. WiFi was great and smart tv connectivity was a real bonus for a non-Czech speaker. The staff were very attentive and friendly in all my interactions with them. I will definitely be coming back to stay here for my next visit to Prague.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. However, what really stood out to me was the service, especially from a woman named Svetlana. She was serving coffee at the breakfast restaurant and truly made my mornings. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and so attentive to every guest. Her warmth and friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated her hospitality and the positive energy she brought to the restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and Svetlana’s exceptional service was a highlight of my experience!

I have stayed at the Hotel numerous times over the years and always found it to be welcoming and friendly. It has a great atmosphere, the rooms are quite good and very clean, the breakfast is also very good.

The bath room was a bit on the small side, the parking was a little on the expensive side. However these things would not deter me from stopping there again, which I hope will not be too far away. OH, nearly forgot, a maid knocked on the door and started to enter the room very early in the morning, so we were not very happy about that but did manage to get back to sleep.

Very quick and efficient check-in - many open counters. Great breakfast - English + continental + salads + omelets live cooking + miso soup + pastry + barista. Great location - very close to the metro. Clean and quiet room.

Minor: Hotel was sending messages with links, for online check-in and check-out for example, but Booking was stripping all links out - a waste.

The hotel is conveniently located, with public transport stops nearby, and it’s even possible to walk to Prague Castle. The breakfast was a real highlight – varied and delicious, with the option to build your own miso soup, made-to-order pancakes and omelets, tasty cappuccino with alternative milk, and even complimentary sparkling wine.

The only downsides were that the room was a bit dusty and the air conditioning worked oddly. Still, we truly enjoyed our stay.

I booked the hotel because of its location—outside of tourist routes, in the city, but near the airport. After staying in the place, I can confirm that the hotel location was perfect for my needs. The front desk staff was very welcoming, both during check-in and check-out. There are many restaurants of different levels and cousins around, a grocery store just next door, and a good commute to the city center, tourist spots, and the airport. The rooms are very spacious and basic, with good sound isolation. The bathroom is well-supplied. The rooms are in good condition. Great windows have a view of the city and lovely illumination. There are blackout curtains. Spacious lobby with various sitting options, chargers, chill, and work areas.

Only 2 things could have been better: 1. Smart TV so that I could stream video via WiFi from my phone 2. Pillows selection, so there was a choice on firmness of the pillows (they are incredibly soft, I prefer harder ones)

Well run hotel a bit away from the centre but very well connected by metro and tram. Friendly and welcoming staff, lots of rooms, a spa and other facilities. The room design is calm and inviting. The beds are comfortable and fluffy, the bathroom up to the latest standard. The breakfast is spectacular, you have all and everything to choose from, even Miso Soup and rice for the Asian guests. I can only recommend the Vienna House and would book it again, not only for business trips.
