Super friendly and helpful staff, great location for tourism and really great value for money. It was such a good deal for what we got

There was a bad smell walking in each day we were there which lingered from just past the lobby all the way up to the room - It didn’t disturb me and my partner too much but I think getting this fixed would make a big difference :) the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and also the travelling noise from one room to the other wasn’t nice. I don’t know if our neighbours were shouting or talking but we could heard every word regardless! Having said that, again it was a pleasant enough place with friendly staff, for a very reasonable price so the above is more constructive than complaint!

A big plus for Housekeeping for the perfect cleaning and the front desk staff who were always polite and helpful. Central location near Galata Tower, Karökay tram stop and Sishane metro stop. Both stops are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Both stops are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately the same every day. It is not pleasant during a 10-day stay. Any meat was missing. I only saw the sausages on one day, the hams were on the table for 3 hours which was not refrigerated and they were inedible. The juice that is served at breakfast is not juice, but water with the cheapest syrup. The breakfast staff was not willing, there was no ketchup for breakfast for 2 days, but we went to buy it at the convenience store.

Since I was staying here for 5 days, Mr Yildirim, exceptional at the Front Desk, upgraded my room to the top floor. Very friendly and accommodating staff.Breakfast is good with a variety of offerings from warm to cold The hotel is very centrally located and easy to get to the Tram and walk across the bridge...

Even though the hotel is situated on a side street, it is in Istanbul and noise always permeates from somewhere outside, so don't expect total quiet. To leave a bag, costs 5 Euros per bag per day (so if you want to leave several bags, consolidate into one).

Hotel staff infinitely polite and helpful. Our room was spacious enough, the balcony a welcome outdoor space. We had 3 nights in total: 1 before, 1 during and 1 at the end of an Intrepid Travel tour, and were grateful to retain the same type of room for all 3. Breakfast was adequate enough for a full day's activities. Highlight being the helpful staff! Location is ideal for all the major sights in Istanbul.

A bit dubious ref the policy of charging 5 euros a night for storing bags, however understand the logic (ie using a specific room for the purpose (security) and loss of revenue from it not being available to book); so not a major for my lady and I. Taxis/cars generally unable to get down the street to drop off, be prepared to lug your bags either up or down the hill (again not a major for us).

In some reviews Few guests complain about rooms without windows ..i was in this situation too ... .but these guests they go to this hotel only for few days....not for 1 year .. So as french tell ... When the bottle is half empty better to see it is half full & means to be positive . Have a nice evening

I loved the location. It's at the heart of the centres where my meetings took place and presented many opportunities to explore vast places, including riding the tram, access to the river, and shopping. Karakoy was amazing. Just six tram stops to the Grand Bazaar etc. The room was cosy and nice and breakfast was great with a wide assortment of options.

Cant say there was something I didn't like.

My stay at Manesol Galata Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful, I loved every moment of it—the hotel’s charm, the perfect location, and the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

The only minor issue was that sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but overall, it was a fantastic experience

In a great location near the galata bridge where you can jump on the trams. Plenty to see and explore within walking distance. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money..

Just be careful regarding the price of food and drinks. Some places are very expensive but there are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the heart of everything...bus stop, tram station and great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Being a female solo traveler Mertcan and Erkin helped me build my itinerary for all of my days in Istanbul so I didn't miss anything. From restaurants to shopping, they helped me plan it all. Love those guys. I'm definitely going back and I will stay here again.

I just wish it had a restaurant and bar. They serve breakfast but not dinner.

Very polite and helpful staff. Centrally located with easy access to the ferry, metro and trams.

I really can't say anything negative but just some suggestions. The reception area could be livened up a bit, maybe with some potted plants? Balance between men and women staff at the reception would lend the hotel a more welcoming aura.
