The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room was big, clean and situated at the back of the building with a Bosporus view. The spa area with the sauna was perfect. Also i want to mention that the location was excellent!

The breakfast needs to be improved. First of all there is no variety. There is extra charge for some basic things like omelette and orange juice. Also it would be nice to be served in the terrace instead of the basement. Last but not least housekeeping ladies have to respect do not disturb sign (they entered in my room twice while i was sleeping) and avoid using the vacuum cleaner during the morning.

Location is very central. The room is very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to give extra information, great English, impeccable manners, even when dealing with a rude and obnoxious guest. Exceptional value, and the breakfast was fresh and generous. Mostly the staff seem to like people, not like in some hotels where you feel it's fake. The connection seemed really genuine. I am killing myself. I didn't get the names of the guys at reception, but you will know them when you see them.

The tram was a little loud but my husband and two kids didn't even hear it and we were all in the same location so that is usually my sensitivity to noise .I still slept well.

I have stayed at and reviewed many hotels in Istanbul over the years. While some came close, I have never quite found the perfect balance of value for money, good customer service, solid facilities, quality food, and genuine hospitality, until now. The rooms are of a good standard, slightly small, but manageable and well laid out. Daily cleaning is provided, or on request and while the fixtures and fittings are not brand new, they are of a good quality and well maintained. Breakfast is another highlight: generous in spread, well presented and with just enough variation each day to keep it interesting (big compliment to the head of kitchen, who tirelessly keep the eating station clean and full of food - apologies as I did not ask his name (slight fat - no offence intended)).The spa and swimming pool were a particular hit with the younger ones, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, especially the front desk team, who are as professional as you will find anywhere. A special mention must go to Kemal at the front desk. His excellent command of English (often a rarity in Istanbul), warm hospitality, insightful local advice and ability to resolve any issue swiftly make him a real asset to this hotel. For the first time, I can say with no hesitation: this is a 10/10 stay for value, service and overall experience. Highly recommended

Struggling to find something to say.

Easy access to transportation, alot of souvenir shops, restaurants and food stalls nearby, the staffs are very nice and approachable, toilet surprisingly got bidet, the hot and cold controls work well, the room is aesthetically pleasing w great lighting, got balcony w view, the rooftop restaurant got nice views, the staff gave me a surprise cake and turkish coffee for my birthday

The breakfast buffet is not really giving for me, the pool has no water when i walked in but i didn’t manage to ask why, cannot do pick up infront of the hotel as it is a tram railway

The staff were friendly and courteous. On the day of departure, we had to walk 5 minutes to the taxi because no taxis can stop in front of the hotel. The staff even carried our suitcases and found us a taxi driver.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The reception staff were polite and helpful, especially Mr. Utkan, who stood out with his exceptional service. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel offers free access to the sauna, pool, and hammam, which was a great addition to our stay. However, the rules regarding the hammam were unclear. Although there were items available for use in the hammam, a cleaning staff member informed us on our last day that these were an additional cost. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to clarify this with the reception before we left.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They stored our bags while we explored then brought them to our room when we checked in. The room was very spacious and clean, well appointed with in-room ammenities and super comfortable. The pillows were lovely! Slightly noisy as our door was right next to the elevator, but this didn't bother us too much.

We used the Spa & Wellness centre facilities and booked a package for Hamman and Massage. My masseuse from Thailand was amazing and very thorough with great attention to detail, however my friend who booked exactly same package as me received a very different experience with nowhere the same level of service (all masseuses aren't made equal). The hygiene practices and organisation also left a lot to be desired too. And just a word of warning, there isn't a separate section for men and women - you're all sharing the same space which was a little uncomfortable for me.

Location was super and easy to go around Istanbul, room was comfortable even when tram passing it is not so noisy The staff very polite especially Harika and jan Were so helpfull and good personality

When I arrived I was in very small room in the back, air condition was outoff order and I thought all rooms like this and I was so upset But when I move to front view room 502 it was good size and air condition so cold, wc good size and clean

There is many things I liked about this hotel. From the moment I walked in with my son, we were welcomed and assisted with a room early by Utkan who was amazing. Everything from the breakfast to the room and facilities, were all great. This hotel is in a superb location close to all the main sites and transport, which is extremely convenient. I just wish I could have stayed longer on this visit. Thank you Utkan, for the early check-in and breakfast. It was great to see all hotel staff being professional and attentive. See you soon.

There is nothing dislike.

I booked this hotel for my stay in Istanbul, for myself and my mother, and we made the best choice because the hotel is well located. In addition, the staff is very kind and friendly—everyone is attentive and very responsive. The hotel has a sauna, hammam, and pool area, as well as a very nice rooftop restaurant. I especially want to thank Sinan HARKO, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Such an amazing kindness.
