⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 The room was super clean, tidy, and really comfortable 🛏️✨. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t say much about that. But overall, it’s a great hotel in an awesome location with super friendly staff 😊. Yamin and Joyce at the front desk were both amazing and always ready to help 🙌. Yamin welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we got exactly the room we were hoping for. Joyce (from Uganda) really made us feel at home 💛—she kept checking in to make sure everything was going well, and even helped us sort out a booking mistake (huge thanks to her! 🙏). Nahim, the cleaner, was also great! He kept the place spotless and was always happy to help with small requests 🧼🧹. This was my second time in Dubai, and I chose this hotel again because the location is perfect 📍. It’s close to the airport and Downtown, with BurJuman Mall right behind the hotel—so it’s super convenient for shopping and eating 🛍️🍽️. Plus, the BurJuman Metro Station is just a 2-minute walk away 🚇. Would definitely stay here again! 😊🏨

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 The room was clean and cozy, but I wasn’t a fan of the layout this time 😕. The shower was facing the bed, which felt a bit awkward 🚿🛏️.

We enjoyed the breakfast spread, the Saturday night "All you can eat Asian" dinner was superbly amazing. The room was very neat. Staff were friendly and housekeeping was on point! I enjoyed using the gym. Sithik at reception was extremely helpful and always ready to lend a helping hand with a huge smile. No request was a bother to him. Balvinder was also very friendly at the reception. Jawad always made time to engage us very jovially. Jawad is very observant too. A big plus for him. On our day of departure which was very early in the morning, they helped us call a taxi and it was all smooth sailing. thank you to you all. I would definitely recommend City Seasons Towers, Burjuman to anyone.

When booking the room, look at the room sizes -they are clearly stated. 24 square meters is pretty small for two people.

The hotel is right next to the Burjuman Mall. The metro is very near and transportation was not a worry at all. Also, the area is filled with restaurants with almost all cuisines. The staff behavior was exceptionally good. Special mention to Jawad, who welcomed us to the hotel and completed the check-in formalities in a good time.

The room is too small for family. 22sqm will be good if you are travelling alone or just 2 guests. If you have kids, this room size is not the best choice.

Ms.Yamin was fantastic during our entire stay kind calm and fast .Definitely helped us with what we needed . 7 nights stay was good only bcz of ms.yamin will be back because of this lady keep it up

Really nice taste and various options for breakfast, fresh fruits.. clean towels and sheets.. friendly and helpful staff.. great location right near Burjuman mall, Carefour and MRT

I liked everything in this hotel.mostly the f.o staff, junior mgr. aswell really amazing. and They're very cooperative.And most interestingly, The manager named ahmed he has a great sense of humor loved talking to him he's really the best,Cheerful,helpful superb buddy.

Room was quite comfortable for a single or couple. Location is very good, close to Burjuman Center and Metro, plenty of eateries close by.

I had a late check in - around midnight. Vinay and Luthufur were on the front desk. They were most helpful and ensured that the process went smoothly and I was able to get into my room quickly . I was upgraded which very kind ! Thank you so much for a great stay.

I liked the location the most. It's on the main road and very close to the metro along with the BurJuman centre. The reception was nice and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were comfortable and cosy. Complimentary drinks of water and tea were present in the room. The view from the hotel is superb. Mr. Sithick and Miss Balvinder Mr. Sahi from India was very courteous and welcoming. They are very kind to us and ensured we had the most pleasant stay. The other staff was helpful too.
