Refurbishment works were going on in April 2024. If you are planning to stay most of the day in the room - it can cause you some inconvenience. Otherwise it is fine

We stayed at this hotel last month. We were very happy with the room we booked for 4 nights. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. We also liked the variety of food served at breakfast .The hotel was central to the main attractions. From checking in, to our departure the staff they were very friendly and helpful. Thank u Desk staff faith sumanna for excellent service Their main priority was to ensure that the guests were happy and satisfied. In fact, they made us feel very special. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel. The room is neat & clean. floor manager called khwajja hes supportive , helpful person. Have a nice day with a smile" So sweet. We are still here now and we are enjoying a lot 😉 Thank you.

I loved the welcoming and supportive attitude of the staff. Rachel at check-in, Karim at the front desk, and Zain from housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — ideal for a business trip. The breakfast buffet was fresh, with a good variety, and the Grab & Go option was very convenient when I had a busy morning. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and easy to reach by taxi or public transport. I also felt very safe as a solo woman traveler, which meant a lot to me.

The original room I checked into had lower lighting, which made it a little difficult for my online meeting. However, the front desk team quickly arranged a brighter room for me, and I really appreciated how fast and professionally they handled it.

Always a value for money. Check in was smooth. Always a pleasure interacting with Ms Sumana who went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Initially we were put in a room where the carpet was stained & not clean. Shower cubicle was mouldy etc. On expressing the same Ms Sumana was kind enough to change our room. Also want to mention Mr Parvez who was very kind to answer any queries we had. Breakfast spread is very good & choice is ample. Housekeeping staff is friendly & overall cleanliness is good.

The hotel definitely needs to renovate their rooms. Especially the carpet & shower areas.

Close to the event venue I was attending. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. The room is comfortable and spacious. Close to Palms.

The smell of incense was too strong for me so I try to avoid the lobby. Maybe I'm not used to it as it's my first trip to the UAE. The shower feels a bit cramped as I'm a big guy. My room was not ready at 4pm and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Far from other attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Souks.

The breakfasts are diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Dinner was generally fine as well. The rooms are clean, have a pleasant scent, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is always ready to help and quickly resolves any issues, including room changes when needed.

On the first night, there was a loud party at a bar located on the 5th floor, which is separate from the hotel. We were initially staying on the 3rd floor, and the noise was quite disruptive. Thankfully, the staff kindly moved us to the 2nd floor. However, the room there was noticeably older and in need of renovation, but it was still clean and cozy. Also, no slippers were provided, so make sure to bring your own.

The staff were amazing, they did everything they could to make our stay as exceptional as it gets. The hotel itself is quite old and some parts of it are under renovation, the carpet in the rooms is very old and not clean enough and should be replaced asap, and the shower area is quite rusty. hopefully all these things will be fixed by the time they finish the renovation.

Breakfast is good. Position is good: 10 minutes walking from metro station Internet city. The hotel has only 4 floors, so you do not wait at the elevators. Internet is very good in the room and in the hotel. We are allowed to stay in the room few hours after usual check out, as we have an evening flight. Thanks. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

Windows not opening. Free shuttle bus to the beach only for 7 persons only one time a day, so there was completely booked with 3 days before and also, the driver does not work in weekend. They do not provide transport from/to the port, only from/ to the aeroport.

Great value for money, clean, ample room, good facilities, even a small gym. Nice breakfast, simple yet plenty to choose from.

Parking a bit limited, even though there is parking underneath (no valet) I can see on busy days you would struggle to get a space. It took me 5 minutes driving around waiting for someone to leave. I'm not sure where else you would park if there was no parking, there is only parking meters beyond the hotel grounds. Otherwise nothing else to worry about.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The property was spotless, and the service was impressively fast.
