Hotel is located not far from the marina and JBR. On Sheikh Zayed road, so easy access to the city. Great value for an apartment hotel. Stunning views of the Palm, including Ayn Dubai and Burj al Arab.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Dubai Internet City business campus, supermarkets and malls. The room was modern, spacious and nicely furnished, with a great view of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff and amenities (on-site gym, restaurants and pool) were excellent and made for a very enjoyable stay.

I originally booked a room with a full kitchen (i.e., full stove), to be able to cook my own meals. However, upon arrival, the room was only equipped with a single hotplate. After calling the reception, they offered me a different room with did have a full kitchen, but unfortunately also had a very outdated interior. The hotel reception informed me afterwards that only the rooms with a full kitchen, were rooms which had not yet been modernized. This is not clear from the pictures that are attached to each room option, so be mindful of that if you're planning to stay for a longer period and plan to cook your own meals.

The view is perfect , The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and active for our needs. The location is very accessible taxi, private car and metro.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The view was great. There was facilities within the hotel including a grocery store that was open till late or perhaps 24x7. Our schedule was too full to try the restaurants but they looked great. We used the laundry and they had a great deal at the time.

Not a big deal but the windows from outside were very dirty and the balcony was shut. The kitchen hand just enough dishes/cutlery, but there was no toaster or stove. We did not choose breakfast included option as it seemed a little pricey at AED 100.

Exceptional Stay at Two Seasons Hotel, Dubai! I recently stayed at Two Seasons Hotel, Dubai, and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The apartment was facing the major road in Dubai and the view was the best especially at night. The rooms were perfectly sized and the wifi was super fast and easy to access. Totally loved the gym and the pool as they were clean at all times. At the tour guide area, we booked a desert safari and that was the highlight of our stay. Very friendly staff they have there!

The rooms did not come with complimentary water or beverage and we had to rely on buying. Also, while the breakfast offering was not much, the price was discounted at the reception, but not at the breakfast lobby. Good thing was that kids were 50% off. Further, there are certain areas where minimal attention could be used to improve the aesthetics of the place. Some foot mats were very old and unbecoming of a place as beautiful as that and the kids play area had many opportunities for improvement.

Location was the best. Right next to the metro. Concierge was great in keeping luggage before and after checkout. The room clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing

There were a total of 12 lifts (elevators) but they could be better utilised. One side going up and one side going down but with all going in both directions it was chaos especially when there was a function or large party checking in. The hotel did inform us the lifts would be busy as certain times but it doesn’t help when you have to use them if you are on a high floor.

Location. Very large comfortable apartment with good bed linen and all amenities working well. Pool area much bigger than some hotels in Dubai with parts under cover where you can relax out of the sun. The really efficient, helpful house staff away from reception deserve huge praise…they went out of their way to sort everything I needed

The main reception desk is always busy. Think they need more staff there. Arrived early morning after an 8 hour flight and was told room wouldn’t be ready until midday but that I could use the pool facilities. Sat in the lobby until I was nearly snoring. If they had told me that the pool area was fabulous and that I could nap on a sun lounger in the shade, that would have been a blessing.

Location & Room were real good. The Views & comfort were other goods things about the room. It also had a lot of international eating joints at the reception area.

They can improve on Internal Maintenance, like we found out a balcony door was not working , yes some one came fast and fixed it but they need to avoid such situations . Similarly , being expensive , they should go easy on drinking water . Lastly , there was no Electric Stove or Gas stove in my apartment 3821 , No idea why it was NOT there even though it was advertised .

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel: staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and had everything we needed, the hotel territory was nice, swimming pool and sauna were great too. I celebrated my birthday in Dubai and the hotel was very nice to arrange a birthday cake for me. I also received privilege card and different discounts which was unexpected and felt amazing. Such a great care about customers’ celebrations. We would definitely come back again.

Hamam wasn’t working but it was really nothing as sauna was enough
