Considering it was right next to the freeway, it was nice and quiet.

Excellent value and close to the Mission, which is why tourists come there. I stayed in one of the not remodeled rooms, but it was acceptable, clean, and the bed and sheets/pillows were good hotel quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a little noisy due to a freeway being close. But that is normal in this price level and in southern California.

The outside of the hotel was nice with lush landscaping and a tiled roof. The room was a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for our family vacation with children. We were able to fill up before starting our day with a nice hot breakfast, and stock up on fruit and cereal to have as snacks while we explored Southern California. We walked from the hotel to the San Juan Mission, downtown shopping area, and historic Los Rios Street in under ten minutes. The route is clean and felt safe with children.

The hotel is older and the sound proofing isn't great. When people walk past your room you can hear it extremely clearly, though everyone was respectful and walked without talking. We could hear our neighbor singing in the shower early in the morning and the hum of TVs throughout the night. The thicker set of curtains don't close all the way so there is a four inch crack where bright light streams in in the morning. We needed to be up early, so it didn't bother us too much, but pack a claw hair clip or a bag clip of some sort so you can pinch the gap closed and have darkness in the morning if you want to sleep in. The overall value of our stay was phenomenal and absolutely made up for the minor noise and light issues.

Bed- Excellent Room-Clean and serviced Breakfast- Could have been healthier. Staff-The man working the front desk was extremely competent, friendly and efficient.

Happened to be a torrential downpour my whole visit and I did not have a back window in my convertible! : ( I wish they would of offered to let me park under the entry carport during the rain but they did give me a clear plastic bag. (didn't work)

The front desk staff was so kind and friendly. I really like how clean everything was and felt very safe. Breakfast was great for the price because we enjoyed fresh fruit, coffee, and kids had fresh waffles with fresh fruit, which was great for me on a budget. I travel everywhere with my kiddos and it’s nice not having to dish out extra cash for breakfast. A great deal on a great location.

I love this particular Best Western Property! & that is because the staff has exceptional customer service. Our room was clean spacious and beds we’re comfortable! Microwave and Mini Fridge included which is great. Our room had a patio which we utilized throughout our stay

I need to look into a rewards program because it’s a bit expensive but considering I need to stay for a month it’s well worth it compared to other hotels with horrible management-You save money with their Breakfast & Coffee which is a huge expense for 2 people in itself. so it all evens out tbh

breakfast was great, as always, plenty of choice, nice omelettes, good choice of coffee.

Could always be cheaper. I dont like that parking is charged for separately. Its a motel, everyone drives there. Parking should be included.

The pool side bbq at night was fantastic! You could order burgers and eat as if you were at someone’s bbq pool side! The seating all around the hotel is set for conversation and family time!! We will be staying again!! The breakfast was made to order, a selection of five main plates. I had the eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns with a waffle. I also had a bagel with cream cheese. It was excellent!!

Nothing to mention.

The location was so handy to us guys riding the Ortega Highway. I thought the noise from the Interstate might be a problem but it wasn't. I loved the palm trees everywhere and the elevation of the location really made it.

All was good, particularly the breakfast!

Convenient location to visit our family. Good breakfast We have stayed here for a couple of years.

Maintenance has been deferred. Exterior doors don’t seal. At night cold air leaks in.
