Usually when me and my husband is in the area this is the one that we stay at. Is very convenient because everything that you can think of is right in that area and mainly walking distance specially if you're in town for some days you don't need to ride around you can walk around and venture. Upon thinking about staying a few extra days, when my husband went downstairs to inquire about the pricing and we told the lady that we weren't sure we went back upstairs in a alert came to his phone that we were charged almost $500 for extra days she said she doesn't know why she did and do it even though our card is on file. When her manager came in he returned the money back and it was immediately put back into our account. Even though something inconvenient happen it was quickly resolved would I stay here again I would. The staff is very friendly very nice everyone seems to walk around with a smile on their face they look like they have fun doing their job it's a guy an older guy that's Indian who cleans the rooms very very very very very sweet

It was definitely good for the money. It was very clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice too. It looked clean and had nice chairs.

Nothing that wasn't expected for the price...there was a small chip out of the floor when we got there and the refrigerator wobbled. All to be expected, but nothing to really complain about.

Close to everything you need - staff were lovely

In hindsight as a female solo traveller I should have asked for a room near the main reception, however i arrived earlier and as I was wanting a smoking room they only had one ready then and there! I just wanted to get in and shower off but if ur a femal travelling alone i would recommend askin for a room near the reception! I was at the back of the building and it became rowdy quiet early!

It was very easy check in I was worried cause they kept Emailing me their policies so I didn't know if I had to pay deposit or any hidden fees...... BUT all all was good I just called the hotel and they ressurred me I was all set ! My room was very comfortable and clean , I love the big bed it was comfy , plenty hot water in the shower Im giving this 5 star great value if your on budget and looking to have holiday weekend

The front desk staff was so very nice! The rooms were great for the price. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy!

The door to our room didn't quite open properly. The ice bucket left black soot-like stuff on my hands. The lobby had some kind of air freshener that was so strong that all the cups and plates (from the continental breakfast) tasted like it smelled .

Check-in was good. Coffee maker in room did not work, but it was replaced immediately. The management seemed friendly and wanted to make sure everything was good! The bed was very comfortable! Desk, chairs and TV were comfy and set up well! The breakfast area was neat, clean and good.

Went to plug in the coffee maker and it had to be put right next to the bathroom sink to plug in. I moved it to the desk area to be safe from water.

I could smoke iinside it was remodeled the staff was cool and the girl at the front was fine lol

They changed my room it was low key hood had to keep my 🔥 on me it’s like the trap in my area

Very clean room, ceiling needs attention in bathroom, but other than that look great. There was no carpet which I love.

Great location, very clean updated rooms, easy check in, good breakfast. It was perfect for what we needed which was a one night stay for a quick beach trip. It was also pet friendly, the pet fee was only $25 extra a day which I found very reasonable. Lots of grassy areas to walk our dog.

For the price point this place was perfect.

The staff, specifically Vivian and Stacy-Ann were very kind, helpful, courteous and professional. They made my stay much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks.
