Night clerk was very nice and respectful! Checking in was fast and easy! After being stuck almost 30 minutes in a thunderstorm and hail storm in Seminole Texas was nice to actually feel safe! Night clerk did tell me he canceled my reservation but fixed it! Reason my reservation was canceled was my own fault! 2 days prior I lost my purse with my Driver license and Debit card! So my Debit card was reported lost and canceled so payment didn't go through clerk did try to call me but was also my fault cause I changed my number and never updated my new number to bookit.com! Clerk did reinstate my reservation and took my expired driver license and valid passport and temporary debit card! I thanked him for making the transaction smoothly! The night clerk is exceptional and very professional of his job! I think if it would have been anyone else probably 🤔 would have gave me issues and probably would not have reinstated my reservation! I had the worse 4 days from loosing my purse having to go to bank canceling my bank card being stuck in a horrible storm going to lubbock to visit a family member battling cancer at Hospital! I want to thank yall on hiring a most generous and understanding gentleman 👏! Now on my room towels wert soft! Bed was comfortable and cozy!water was hot! Room was spacious and clean smelled nice and loved that my room was on first floor! Price for a good size room with king bed and couch and full kitchen was a plus! Great spot from being away from home felt just as good as being at home and for 3 people under 100 dollars is a plus too! All in all will recommend to others and will stay again! Thank yall again yall are great and the gentleman man at front desk much love for his outgoing service give that boy a raise!

Inexpensive; plenty of space; convenient location. The bed was very comfortable.

Noise from the freeway; security concerns with some rooms with doors propped open (hotel rooms and various hotel mechanical/storage spaces. Room 216 was a little shabby and needed some maintenance/attention.

Everything was great, check in was a little off putting, we pulled up to several police cars and officers in the lobby with a room full of guests wasn't sure what was going on until an officer let us know it was due to the pool being closed. We had booked this hotel because it was a great fit with a hot tub and pool to use after driving 8 hrs, so needless to say it was a disappointment. At 10pm we were informed they reopened the pool but it was too late for us to use as it closes at 11pm. The staff were pleasant even though the situation was stressful. Will stay again if we ever pass through again. Room was clean and had a small kitchen area that was useful, nice and big, there were 5 of us and we were comfortable with ample space so we did not feel cramped. Only real down side was the parking area was confusing. Breakfast was good quality and the area was clean.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful bathroom and living area. The location was perfect for us and that's why we chose it. There's a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance, and a nice park too if you want to walk around. Coffee pot and coffee/tea. It was one of those serve-yourself breakfast places with better than average options, but if you're vegan, forget it and not the healthiest of options. The room felt very home-like; well-decorated, warm, quiet and clean.

Shower flow was a bit weak but other than that the bathroom was nice. It was odd that they had a kitchenette without a single piece of cutlery or pots and pans--just nothing but empty drawers and cabinets. Also one of the window blinds did not function properly.

Very nice rooms. Bed the first night was very comfy in the king suite. The bed in the reg king room was not comfy at all.

Parking stinks. Disappointed that I had to pay for waters after staying for multiple days. Bottled water should be complimentary at all times, that’s just a reflection on the establishment’s hospitality in my opinion. The bed in the reg king room was not comfortable at all. It was noisy and very hard. Pillows were about as soft as a cinder block.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! It was an easy check in and check out process. The pool was crowded, but it was well maintained and clean. The housekeeping service had turned our AC on before arrival, so the room was not stuffy when we walked it. It was very clean and welcoming. The veds were comfortable and the hallways were quiet and it was easy to unwind without outside noise.

There is some traffic noise if you're facing Marsha Sharp Freeway, but I'm also a light sleeper in hotels. It may not bother others. The parking lot is extremely tiny around the hotel. It shares a lot with Grace Clinic at the front of the building and you can only park in that area after 4:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, so we had to move the car this morning and hope to find a hotel spot by the hotel so it wouldn't be towed by the clinic parking.

The room was nice, big and very quiet! We drive a Tesla and were so thankful to be able to use the EV charger at front of the hotel! The EV charger is the main reason we picked this location along with the other good reviews, the price and the location.

It is a very large hotel and it takes a little time to figure out what is where. The front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed with requests from guests considering they were very busy. The parking situation is a little hard to understand....easier to park on the North, East or South side for sure!

The room was amazing. AC cooled really nicely. Large size. comfortable bedding. The girl working the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The swimming pool area was amazing. Looked like a million bucks and EVERYTHING WORKED. Then, around 10:00am a couple of HUGE families with 4 kids a piece with no swimsuits came; noisy and rowdy to the nth degree. Nobody stopped them. One little girl kept turning the lights off in the entire room. The kids were wet, screaming, running everywhere, including back into the main hotel. We had to leave the hot tub and go to our room on the far end and we could STILL hear the noise. People have to be respectful or asked to leave.

The king bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was hot with a lot of options. We even went to the hotel bar on our last night and had a drink to relax. The atmosphere was very good and the bartender was excellent.

The only downside to the stay was that there were a lot of students/school activities that were staying at the hotel. Along with that was the laste night noise in the hallway.

The staff was very helpful and very polite. The room was very comfortable and my husband and I loved the setup! Felt very relaxed and at peace being able to snuggle up with hubby on the couch watching different shows! Husband also enjoyed sitting by the window car-watching. Very good view! Perfect for our first year wedding anniversary getaway! We are so looking forward to going back next year! 10/10 would recommend staying here!
