The hotel was in a prime position in Byron Bay! The beach was just a short walk away and all the restaurants and shops surrounded the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was in good condition.

Quite pricey, definitely would have been out of my budget if we didn’t have five people splitting the payment.

Room was ready ahead of check-in time and access was given to us. Great location in the heart of town. Close to beaches and restaurants. Comfortable beds and safe (free) underground car parking. The pool looked nice, although we didn't get to use it this stay. Large rooms well appointed.

Dogs - I get that people want to travel with their dogs but I had an unleashed large dog sniffing me in the lift, a yapping one outside early in the morning and a guy basically tangled me in his long lead because he and his dog took up all the space in the narrow path alongside the pool. Not a fan of the overhead/waterfall showers - most women hate them - only bald men actually like them. There are lots of stairs, and they are pretty steep and narrow in places - it's OK - but probably worth knowing. The skylight in the second room was good but it did mean there was no escaping the early morning sun.

Sharon went above and beyond at check in to find a way for us not to change rooms half way. We decided to extend our trip last minute and due to room availability would have had to pack up and relocate. Sharon helped without us even asking which made it so much easier with 2 dogs. We love that the hotel is dog friendly. The apartments are a little dated but that did not bother us. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Location was right in the middle of Byron town. The pool area was great and surprisingly never busy. Overall really good value for money (most places in Byron are significantly more expensive) and the customer service was definitely the highlight!

It is a little dated and the couch in our room was well worn, most likely due to being dog friendly. Again, not a deal breaker for us and would not affect us choosing to stay here again.

I liked the size of the living area, separate kitchen dining area was also a good size and the bedroom had a King bed with ample space. Large flat screen TV was welcome. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge, with washing machine was handy.

The lighting was poor and the apartment felt as if it was underground with low levels of natural lighting. There was an unusually elevated kitchen area and going up 4 steps to go from the bedroom and then down to go into the living area was a bit strange and hard to get used to. The lounge was not comfortable.

The location was excellent and very walkable to the main beach and restaurants around Byron bay. The property itself was nice and quiet and there was plenty of parking space. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working during our stay but they were quick to offer help in getting the luggage down and offered a free minibar as a compensation for the inconvenience caused. I would definitely stay here again.

The price is a on the higher side.

Check in and out process super efficient, all interactions with staff were pleasant. Apartments very well located, easy walking distance to the beach, along with all the cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. Especially loved the hole in the wall coffee shop located next door from the laneway exit. The bath with jets was an added bonus after all the walks to the lighthouse!

The bed was softer than my usual preference and there were a few minor items requiring maintenance in the room - things like a panel disconnected at the end of the bath, carpet pulled in multiple locations, wall chipped etc. The sound of lift clunking in the quiet of the night was also not ideal and led to some sleep disturbance.

I love everything about this property from the decor of the rooms, to the location, to the beautiful enclosed balcony (walled, for security and comfort, I mean, but with full view of the sky all above and around, and ocean breezes( with a thoughtfully chosen and located outdoor table and multiple chairs, the supremely comfortable and huge sofa and an additional large and comfortable armchair with multiple cushions on each, the supremely comfortable bed, the excellent bed Linen, the beautiful poster of a Byron Beach reminding you of what’s outside if you step outside your door if you ever want to step outside your door that is because you barely need to! everything is here! There’s a gorgeous swimming pool with beautiful umbrellas around it and I haven’t even used it yet. I just looked down on it from my bird’s eye view of Byron. but I thoroughly recommend that you all use the pool and you go to the beach but if you prefer there’s an Aldi downstairs and you can cook yourself up a storm in your apartment which has everything you need with which to do so there’s a large wooden table for entertaining and you could seat six people at that table if you borrowed another couple of chairs or bring 2 in from the Veranda for that matter, the rug on the floor is thoughtfully chosen to suit the chairs by the table and the coffee table also ties in beautifully with the dining table without being too matchy-matchy. there’s a rattan floor lamp by the couch. The room has so much daylight in it you really need to use a lamp but if you feel like going up and reading a good book at night well that’s been thought of so carefully and lovingly too.

Nothing not to like here! i’ll except that it’s a little bit of a labyrinth to get around the place itself lost you last night and couldn’t find my room! But that wasn’t anybody’s fault other than my fault in not taking my map downstairs with me when I went to greet theUber Driver.. it was a good map! so my only comment which hopefully will help you is take your maps with you wherever you go because if you lock yourself out of your room at night and you’re wondering around in the dark without a map it’s a bit of a magical mystery tour! But that wasn’t bad either and the virtual receptionist who I spoke to was so patient in guiding me back to my lost room!🤣

Fantastic location. 10 minutes walk from the stunning Byron bay beach. The apartment is surrounded by very good restaurants and shopping centers. That does make it a bit noisy but things quiet down by 10 pm. The apartment is quiet large with separate living and dining areas. Good size kitchen. Comes with washing machine which is very handy. The machine was not working when we arrived but they immediately replaced it. I would most definitely stay here again.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. I received a warm welcome from the gentleman at reception who was personable and lovely. The apartment was excellent; well appointed, comfortable beds, roomy and clean. We were only in town overnight for dinner and a gig, only a short stay but it was a treat - definitely stay again.

We loved the location - everything was in a walking distance! The room was simple but quite spacious for 4 people plus a puppy. It was very easy to arrange the pet stay via app messages with the staff too! We would definitely come back.

It was a bit noisy at night because of the restaurant / bar nearby but it didn’t last til too late so we were okay with it!
