I liked that the hotel room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials, including hair dryer. There was an electric kettle in the room as well as some tea and coffee. There were water bottles left for us. Bedding and towels were also clean. Both the double bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. We didn't have our breakfast included in the room price, but we paid for it separately €25 per person, and our kids ate for free. The food was very tasty and there were many options available. Variety of choices - from cereal and yoghurt to sausages, bacon, and eggs. Freshly made smoothies and freshly squeezed juice. The coffee was to my taste. My son has food allergies, and the kitchen staff were able to prepare some food suitable for him. Also, they were able to answer all my questions regarding the food ingredients. Next to the restaurant there is a play area, so we could finish our breakfast in peace while the kids were playing. There was public parking with plenty of car spaces. It costs €25 per day. There is great transport near the hotel. There are trams and trains etc. within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We took the tram to the central part of Vienna, and it took about 20 minutes to get there.

It would have been nice to have slippers in the room for each of the guests.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with high-quality toiletries provided. A nice bonus was that the minibar was included at no extra cost. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was much appreciated.

Depending on the floor you were on and the time you went for breakfast, we sometimes had to wait through up to three elevator cycles before we could get in. The breakfast area was relatively small, and at times there were no available tables to sit at. I would have appreciated better organization from the staff to manage the morning rush more efficiently.

The location is just fab !! The railway station is just in opposite of the railway station which is very convinient for anyone travelling by train ! We has a car , parking was convinient in the basement of the building which is 25 euros per day after the 4 euro discount the hotel offers. But remember you cant really take your car in and out as everytime you will pay for the ticket so make sure you park the car and travel by feet , metro or tram

The hotel dosent allow free parking for customers and the cooling system isnt that great , would recommend customers to probably get a small fan if possible incase you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment

Location is great 3 min walk to Hauptbahnhof which is 15 min train from the airport, also lots of trains to czech republic Close to U1 which is 20 min from Westfield Donau Zentrum big mall.

There was smoke smell in the bathroom

This was my first time in Vienna and my first stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room had enough space for a family of three. The location is very convenient, with an Aldi store and several restaurants right next door. One thing that caught my attention was how clean the room was. I've traveled extensively in Europe since moving here, and it's rare to find a bathroom without mold in the shower. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel, right next to the train station. The food at the restaurant is very good, very diverse and delicious breakfast. Clean room, very quiet. The cleaning ladies were very nice.

Very crowded at the elevators, because 2 out of 3 were working. Playground without toys, blackboard markers missing. Very few staff at the restaurant, which is why we waited a long time for our order to be taken and the food to arrive.

Very nice hotel, city center is easily accessible, there are a lot of stores in the railway station, there's even a Hofer opposite the hotel, so it's easy to buy some stuff for the travel. Also it was very positive that there are many parking options, so it was no problem to park our car. I would highlight the fantastic breakfast: basically there was everything: dairy products, cornflakes, fruits, the list is so long that I won't write it.

There was a constant noise coming maybe from the bathroom, which was disturbing for me as I'm a bad sleeper. For people who are good sleepers I don't think it's a problem.

The hotel is exceptional and in a great location, only 5 minutes by subway to the city center. The rooms are a nice size, neat and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast is phenomenal with a large selection of savory and sweet dishes. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, all praise to absolutely everyone. The hotel is connected to the parking lot. Really every recommendation for the hotel, we will definitely come back

Location excellent, right next to the main railway station. Very useful for exploring the city. Minibar and fridge in room included in price. Well equipped - top floor fitness centre was great! Check in and check out was simple and efficient, and luggage storage on the final day was really useful before a late flight. Highly recommended as a base point for exploring Vienna.

Air conditioning in the gym didn't work, and the exercise machines which require internet to connect to digitally, were ironically not connected to the internet. Not a huge issue though.

Best location ever, literally 1 minute walk to the main railway station and 5 minute walk to the subway line going to the downtown with only 3 station ride (red U line). The railway station also has a big food court open till evening hours and a lot of shops and grocery stores, especially 1 was open till late hours (which is unusual for Europe). Staff was professional and polite. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Had kettle and complementary bottled water in the room. Also tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and etc. For the price I paid this was beyond expectations.

No bath slippers in the room. These cost nothing to provide. I've stayed in Novotels before and they do provide slippers. For example I definitely remember slippers in Novotel Paris Gar de Lyon because it was just a while go.
