Location, accommodated needs, comfortable beds clean, relatively updated. Nice to have mini convenience store in the building (highly priced even for a hotel), Starbucks bathrooms were wonderful !

No, option for average priced breakfast or snacks. No extra pillow or blankets in room or booklet with local restaurants or shopping locations or Metro map.

The location is wonderful! We often stay there if we are going to concerts at the Bell Centre. But I will say we lost 300 dollars because Bruce Springsteen cancelled his concert last year. You would not refund or move the charge so we lost over 300 because we did not come. We booked again with you this year. I feel we are pretty loyal...you should be too....If you would would have moved the cost of last year I still would have come (as I did). You are a rich company....you should show more loyalty to people who are not rich but still stay with you....the staff was outstanding by the way.

When checking in we were told at the front desk that my name was not in the system even though I had a confirmation number. The booking was done through Bookings .com We had to make a second reservation from your lobby which went well. We love the Sheraton. Always had great experiences. I was billed through Bookings for both reservations! We contacted Bookings and after several days they said you did not return their inquiries and that we would have to contact your Hotel ourselves. Could you p[lease look into this as I would like to recoup my $230!!

Quiet, comfy place to stay downtown near all the fun but without having to hear it. The bathroom was incredible, and the hot tub and pool were great although both were pretty busy. Beds and pillows were comfy, although the sheets were a bit starchy. We also loved that we could park the car before checkin and leave it after checkin.

The parking garage was an absolute nightmare. Lanes and parking spots were all very tight and had no visibility and dim lighting. We had to go down multiple floors to find an open spot not blocked by a pillar. The low ceiling almost dented my trunk when I opened it.

The hotel, the staff, the location, everything was perfect, the only thing was a restaurant bill was charged to my room by mistake and was applied to my credit card after I checked out that I am still dealing with hotel to remove it, so if they can create a system to validate to room# at the time of paying the bill in restaurant that might help to avoid of this kind of problem in future. It seems somebody put my room# in their restaurant bill by mistake or whatever and this needs more attention by hotel.

The club lunch was nice with breakfast and dinner. The view of the restaurant was beautiful. It was also very convenient to stay there for us as they are pet friendly hotel. The beds were comfortable and the view at 34th floor was amazing! It is also nice to have a pool and our son really liked it.

I made reservation without breakfast, but it was not possible to upgrade including breakfast before I arrive at the hotel. When we arrive the prices were double compared to booking.com prices. That was a bad experience. Even the hotel is pet friendly, the room is not designed for cats where the bed headboard were leather and we covered them with linen. The locker room was chilly at pool floor. Also, there was no hair dryer.

We arrived and checked in. Went to our room and dropped our stuff off. We went downstairs and went to the restaurant. It was there we met Greg. Greg is probably the most professional server we've ever met. He was friendly and suggested a bunch of stuff for us to choose from. He also guided us to some neat places in downtown Montreal. This fella single handedly made our weekend trip to Montreal worthwhile. Ty Greg and ty Sheraton. See you soon.

Unlike the receptionists, The GENTLEMEN at the CONCIERGE were more than HELPFUL and KIND. They solved our problems as quickly as possible on two separate occasions and also they were very RESPECTFUL.

The receptionists were rude during the check-in process. The Tv had no signal and the coffee maker was not working.

Hotel is perfect location for the Belle Center and close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. Easy parking (and affordable at $25 for the night and next day.) Hotel was beautiful and room was clean and comfy.

elevators did break or weren't working in the morning. They were trying to frantically fix them, but being on the 28th floor was a bit of an issue for a half hour or so.

The staff room and club lounge were all excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable

The food in the lounge was presented very well but left a lot to be desired flavour wise. Also the buffet selection wasn’t kept full. The breakfast sausages were not of a high quality. For the additional fee I didn’t feel it was added value, more of an up sell and somewhat disappointing. It’s a shame because the physical lounge was lovely.
