This is a lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly, warm and helpful. My room was clean, quiet and elegantly designed with an incredible view of the Cathedral. Being only a few minutes' walk from the central station, the hotel was extremely well located. A bus to the airport goes straight past the door making it simple and cheap to get to your plane. I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was fresh and delicious, served with excellent coffee, in a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of natural light. I didn't have time to swim in the pool but it looked beautiful too.

The hotel is located in an excellent area.

We were 4 and paid 1300€ for 4 days with breakfast included. But at the desk they informed us that the breakfast was just for 2 out of 4. The person in the desk gave us 3 coupons a day for the breakfast saying that for the fourth one, under 12, it will be free. When I've provided them the evidence she told me no worries the coupons she gave will be enough but at each time we had to justify for the breakfast. That was not correct. Also the facilities, though excellent at some time, are now out of date and should be renewed. 1300€ for all for that was too much.

Nice staff, clean decent sized rooms, good pool. Any requests dealt with quickly. Plenty of lifts. Lovely views. Location was brilliant - area felt very safe for a family of 4. The bell centre close by has supermarkets and sandwich surrounding it. Time out market a walk away and lots of shops. Uber pretty cheap to old Montreal.

Our room wasn’t actually attached to the lifts - it was fairly close though. Noticed that we could hear the lifts going up and down through the night and there was quite a lot of beeping from it one night. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but we managed to sort it out to the one fan setting so it was quieter although not overly straightforward to use. We did sleep pretty well despite all of this but we were jet lagged and tired.

Excellent location, close to Saint Catherine shopping and lots of nearby food/restaurant/cafe options. Very family friendly with a nice pool.

Service provided by check-in staff was underwhelming, no information was provided on any of the facilities in the hotel or nearby. At times, there can be longer wait times for the elevators. Wish the rooms had queen beds instead of double beds for those travelling with families.

Location, accommodated needs, comfortable beds clean, relatively updated. Nice to have mini convenience store in the building (highly priced even for a hotel), Starbucks bathrooms were wonderful !

No, option for average priced breakfast or snacks. No extra pillow or blankets in room or booklet with local restaurants or shopping locations or Metro map.

The location is wonderful! We often stay there if we are going to concerts at the Bell Centre. But I will say we lost 300 dollars because Bruce Springsteen cancelled his concert last year. You would not refund or move the charge so we lost over 300 because we did not come. We booked again with you this year. I feel we are pretty loyal...you should be too....If you would would have moved the cost of last year I still would have come (as I did). You are a rich company....you should show more loyalty to people who are not rich but still stay with you....the staff was outstanding by the way.

The room that I was initially offered was dirty and dusty felt like it had not been cleaned for months, some sockets were not working, called the front desk and our room was changed immediately, Perfect location and good hotel worth every penny paid for, traveled with family paid for the club . From check in - check out it was smooth. Breakfast was good and served a lot of healthy food, dinner ok.

No perfect

Quiet, comfy place to stay downtown near all the fun but without having to hear it. The bathroom was incredible, and the hot tub and pool were great although both were pretty busy. Beds and pillows were comfy, although the sheets were a bit starchy. We also loved that we could park the car before checkin and leave it after checkin.

The parking garage was an absolute nightmare. Lanes and parking spots were all very tight and had no visibility and dim lighting. We had to go down multiple floors to find an open spot not blocked by a pillar. The low ceiling almost dented my trunk when I opened it.

The hotel, the staff, the location, everything was perfect, the only thing was a restaurant bill was charged to my room by mistake and was applied to my credit card after I checked out that I am still dealing with hotel to remove it, so if they can create a system to validate to room# at the time of paying the bill in restaurant that might help to avoid of this kind of problem in future. It seems somebody put my room# in their restaurant bill by mistake or whatever and this needs more attention by hotel.

When checking in we were told at the front desk that my name was not in the system even though I had a confirmation number. The booking was done through Bookings .com We had to make a second reservation from your lobby which went well. We love the Sheraton. Always had great experiences. I was billed through Bookings for both reservations! We contacted Bookings and after several days they said you did not return their inquiries and that we would have to contact your Hotel ourselves. Could you p[lease look into this as I would like to recoup my $230!!
