The location can't be beat. Right in the restaurant and shopping district. Staff are friendly and helpful but there is a bit of a wait time to get their attention as there are many people checking in and out with only two staff, one computer etc to assist. It is normal for a small hotel. This is really a go to hotel in Santiago. Cannot be beat.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant in the shopping area affiliated to the hotel. During two different stays at NH through two years, I was never able to get breakfast at a time that suited me. I had early morning meetings and missed breakfast consistently. There was no option of grabbing a croissant or something. Also plugs in the room are a bit tempremental. With my adapter, I had to try a few outlets before managing to plug into one. A bit stressful after long journey and all electronics out of juice.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable beds with premium sheets. The hotel is located above a sizable mall with great restaurants and shops, including a movie theater and a mini market.

The hotel should have a parking option. You can park in the mall's parking however the price per day is about U$40.00, and the hotel does not have an agreement with the mall to give you a discount. Therefore, if you don't want to spend all that money on parking, you have to park your car on the street, because there are no parking lots nearby.

This would probably be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved walking into the hallway to the rooms right away, but then when I opened the door to the room itself, I literally burst out laughing with joy. I thought the breakfasts were perfect. No buffets, so no leftovers, but at the same time you always ordered what you wanted. I will compare all hotels to this one from now on.

THE LAUNDRY SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE AND POORLY DONE, THEY DAMAGED MY SHIRTS BUTTONS AND DID NOT CUT BACK ON COST INSPITE OF THE DAMAGE, DO OT USE THE LAUNDRY SERVICE!. THE HOTEL TAXI SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT IS BELOW QUALITY TO THE UBERS AND MORE EXPENSIVE, DON T USE IT!

it’s location. it was a good size property. I don’t like huge hotels. Rooms were perfect.

The hotel has yet to have its own restaurant so I was obliged to go to one of two of the café’s at the Mall of which one opened at 9am which was too late for me. My breakfasts were not included in the booking for the hotel which I was unaware of so I had to pay for all my breakfasts. Also, most of the hotels that I stay in offer a full blow gym / spa and I was looking forward to a massage. While the hotel Manager was able to connect me with a Masseuse, and I got an in-room massage on the last day, I think this would be a plus if they offered it.

Location excellent, very comfortable

The huge shower stall was slippery. We had to throw a towel on the shower floor for safety . Also we were hoping there Would be staff on hand to help us w directions and transportation suggestions. Unfortunately, many working the front desk were not from Santiago nor did they speak English and our Spanish is limited

Location close to costanera center is great and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Rooms are big. Beds are great and you get NESPRESSO cofee.

Lobby and GYM are so small you can barely use them. Breakfast glass in a restaurant next door where the service and the food were terrible! Shower floor is plastic and very prone to skidding.

Overall, great value for money. The staff was very kind, the hotel has a great location, rooms are new, finely decorated and very clear and the bed was great. Considering the cost, it was a great experience.

Two small details: the shower drain had a bad smell, but nothing extraordinary. The second: we booked two rooms but the integration between booking.com and the hotel does not work properly and only one room was booked. The staff resolved it, but it should not happen.

Interesting interior, both in general and in the room. The rooms themselves were clean, comfy and provided for adequate rest. Location is great if one is attending any conferences by the UN institutions. And there are great restaurants in the vicinity.

It would be good to tell guests that taxis are not readily available at any time. So a warning that the front desk would need to made aware of any travels to be made with taxis.

The bed was comfortable, the views were really nice. I liked the shower.

I could hear people from other rooms and the corridor. They charge you for parking, that was really disappointing for a 4 star hotel. They doesn’t have an hotel restaurant.
