Dubai is beautiful city and will feel its beauty more if you stay in Rigga Hotel

If the hotel can provide me with long stay rate since I am already member in Accor Loyalty Program

Just want to be honest here, Idk if every receptionist is doing this or is it really part of the spiel to inform every customer that “you are the customer of the day” and we will be sending you this and that at your rooms and I was expecting for nothing this had happened 2times in a row. Well I get it if that would mean a part of marketing or a strategy but on the 2nd time I find it very disappointing. Just a clear sense of I’m expecting something for nothing. It would be better if you don’t spill out that kind of “words” idk how you’d call that. I just don’t like the feeling that you are giving me I high hopes. But hope this won’t happen again because I’m still looking forward to be checking in soon enough.

Hats off to all of the reception desk staff, who welcomed me with smile, especially Mr hossam, who personally made sure that I can check in early.. location is great, just 2 mins walk to metro, room was clean & comfortable.. AC was working perfectly fine.. overall I'll recommend this hotel... I had a guest in my room for just 15 mins and I forgot to inform the reception desk, security immediately came to make sure if I am ok and if there isn't any wrong person my room.. the behavior of the security guy is really worth mentioning, I really appreciate the concern...

Soundproofing needs a little improvement and toiletries should be provided without asking for it..

Everything was excellent in the hotel. The cleanliness level was super and very good housekeeping service, big thanks to Mr. Derden in the housekeeping who cleaned my room during the stay. The reception staff were very friendly and cooperative especially So Lae and Ramadan, big thanks to them. The breakfast with its variety was really great and I enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is very good and different many shops are at a walking distance. I will definitely book in the hotel when I visit Dubai again. I recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay and an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The location is unbeatable, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of choices for restaurants, supermarkets, and more. It’s also very close to the Metro, making transportation incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the receptionist, Su Lae. She was amazing—charming, professional, and highly attentive to guests’ needs. She handled customers with great politeness, took swift action, and consistently fulfilled every request. Su Lae truly deserves this recognition and compliment for her excellent work.

I was unable to control the air conditioning in my room. I tried to adjust the temperature to make it warmer, but it didn’t work. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it would be great if this could be addressed for the convenience of future guests.

The staff were all amazing..Vijo,Jahbbal at the Cube bar is awesome 👌 and the new south African girl at reception..wow..kind, caring and exceptional..I went for an operation and every night she called my room to check how I was doing,if I needed wheelchair,water,or extra pillows. I was cared for like at home ..Ibis is my favourite 😍

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at IBIS Al Rigga! The room cleaning was absolutely perfect – the housekeeping team paid attention to every detail, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Special thanks to Security Staff Mr. Manoj, who went above and beyond to assist us, even though he was busy. His professionalism and friendliness made us feel very welcome. The reception staff were incredibly efficient and quick to respond to any requests, and the room assistants were equally attentive and responsible. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

On the downside, the bathroom felt a bit congested, and we noticed that shampoo and conditioner were not provided. New aspect for us was that the room was cleaned when the "Do Not Disturb" tag wasn’t placed, which happened without our prior consent.

i really enjoyed my stay. I was Welcome nicely by Su Lae and she is very nice and friendly with everyone and the check in was very quick and she helped me get a room next to my parents as they were arriving next day. I would really like to thank Samuel the day my parents were checking out, he helped them with their luggage as they are old and it was around 5am, I am really grateful for his help. During my check out, met with Pragya and she was very nice and friendly. Overall the staff are very nice and very Helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Ibis hotel Al Rigga branch. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing stay. A special mention to Ms. Pragya at the reception her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. She ensured a smooth check-in, provided excellent recommendations, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

All the staff of Ibis Rigga treat their guests like families. Time and time again, I would say that Mr. Sayed together with Ms. Eugene are making it very seamless to everyone. It is also very evident that the hardwork and dedication of Sue, Pragya, Crystal, Mercy, Mohamad, Mubashir, and all the frontliners are governed by how well they work as a team. Ibis Rigga is very lucky to have them as part of its' workforce!

I just feel bad that I always see the receptionists and lobby staff standing up. Yes, I get that they always have to be ready and prompt, but they are also people who give their 110%! I think they should at least be given chairs to rest on for few minutes every hour. It wouldnt be conducive to more peoductive work if they will always be standing up and physically exhausted. They are not complaining about it, but whenever I see it, I cannot help but to feel bad. Standing chairs would be a great support for them, I believe.
