This was the fourth time for me staying in Ibis Rigga. As usual, everything was great and I liked it really. The staff in the reception and housekeeping are very friendly and supportive. The room and other facilities in the hotel were very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is so close to transportation access ( metro and taxi) and there are many shops and restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. I will stay in the hotel in the next time in travel to Dubai

All in all, everything was very good.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, the receptionist, duty manager, and room attendant all provided exceptional service, especially Sushil from reception. I checked in yesterday with my baby, and Sushil was incredibly kind. He personally escorted us to our room, explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Everything was great overall, except for two small points: the TV didn’t have YouTube, and the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough, which made the room a bit warm at times. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly rate it 9/10.

Dubai is beautiful city and will feel its beauty more if you stay in Rigga Hotel

Just want to be honest here, Idk if every receptionist is doing this or is it really part of the spiel to inform every customer that “you are the customer of the day” and we will be sending you this and that at your rooms and I was expecting for nothing this had happened 2times in a row. Well I get it if that would mean a part of marketing or a strategy but on the 2nd time I find it very disappointing. Just a clear sense of I’m expecting something for nothing. It would be better if you don’t spill out that kind of “words” idk how you’d call that. I just don’t like the feeling that you are giving me I high hopes. But hope this won’t happen again because I’m still looking forward to be checking in soon enough.

Hats off to all of the reception desk staff, who welcomed me with smile, especially Mr hossam, who personally made sure that I can check in early.. location is great, just 2 mins walk to metro, room was clean & comfortable.. AC was working perfectly fine.. overall I'll recommend this hotel... I had a guest in my room for just 15 mins and I forgot to inform the reception desk, security immediately came to make sure if I am ok and if there isn't any wrong person my room.. the behavior of the security guy is really worth mentioning, I really appreciate the concern...

Soundproofing needs a little improvement and toiletries should be provided without asking for it..

Everything was excellent in the hotel. The cleanliness level was super and very good housekeeping service, big thanks to Mr. Derden in the housekeeping who cleaned my room during the stay. The reception staff were very friendly and cooperative especially So Lae and Ramadan, big thanks to them. The breakfast with its variety was really great and I enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is very good and different many shops are at a walking distance. I will definitely book in the hotel when I visit Dubai again. I recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay and an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The location is unbeatable, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of choices for restaurants, supermarkets, and more. It’s also very close to the Metro, making transportation incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the receptionist, Su Lae. She was amazing—charming, professional, and highly attentive to guests’ needs. She handled customers with great politeness, took swift action, and consistently fulfilled every request. Su Lae truly deserves this recognition and compliment for her excellent work.

I was unable to control the air conditioning in my room. I tried to adjust the temperature to make it warmer, but it didn’t work. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it would be great if this could be addressed for the convenience of future guests.

The staff were all amazing..Vijo,Jahbbal at the Cube bar is awesome 👌 and the new south African girl at reception..wow..kind, caring and exceptional..I went for an operation and every night she called my room to check how I was doing,if I needed wheelchair,water,or extra pillows. I was cared for like at home ..Ibis is my favourite 😍

i really enjoyed my stay. I was Welcome nicely by Su Lae and she is very nice and friendly with everyone and the check in was very quick and she helped me get a room next to my parents as they were arriving next day. I would really like to thank Samuel the day my parents were checking out, he helped them with their luggage as they are old and it was around 5am, I am really grateful for his help. During my check out, met with Pragya and she was very nice and friendly. Overall the staff are very nice and very Helpful.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at IBIS Al Rigga! The room cleaning was absolutely perfect – the housekeeping team paid attention to every detail, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Special thanks to Security Staff Mr. Manoj, who went above and beyond to assist us, even though he was busy. His professionalism and friendliness made us feel very welcome. The reception staff were incredibly efficient and quick to respond to any requests, and the room assistants were equally attentive and responsible. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

On the downside, the bathroom felt a bit congested, and we noticed that shampoo and conditioner were not provided. New aspect for us was that the room was cleaned when the "Do Not Disturb" tag wasn’t placed, which happened without our prior consent.
