At first I did not decide to purchase option with breakfast, because of I stayed at many hotels in Dubai and I did not like breakfast in many hotels. But, when we go for breakfast after individual payment I mentioned that breakfast is very delicious and restaurant staff is so friendly. After this I everyday go to breakfast with my family and i was too happy. Next time if i will book here again I will choose breakfast included option. Hotel is too comfortable for who is working online as me. at first floor you can find sound isolated cabinets for private online meetings. Table tennis, Playstation for relax from routine works.

Location is bit far from center, is the end of red metro line. Only one market near to hotel and its located in the metro station. So if you need some goods from market, you can bring it from center of the city when you come back from city to your hotel.

The first room we were given was very noisy due to it being directly opposite the central atrium - we asked to be moved and they kindly gave us a much quieter room. Hadn't realised the music starts at dusk and continues to midnight. Although we didn't use, the dining and bar areas looked good. Nice pool and sun loungers, may get crowded. Very comfy bed. Easy to reach via the metro, not much else in the area at the moment. Rove Hotels give excellent value for money so overall it's a good option for visiting Expo City.

The quieter room had a stale smell and the chair seat was very stained. Balcony is small but adequate although only one outside chair. Bathroom door design makes entry and exit a bit of a challenge.

I had a wonderful stay at Rove Expo Hotel, and I can’t praise the staff enough for making my experience truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Riza and Bollo were especially outstanding, always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Unfortunately I am not good at remembering other names. Their attention to detail and positive energy really stood out and made me feel at home. Whether it was helping with check-in, solving issues or simply greeting me with kindness each day, they truly went above and beyond. The whole team at Rove Expo deserves recognition for maintaining such high standards of service. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and perfectly located, but it’s really the amazing staff who make it shine. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai!

Wonderful Experience with Great Vibes and Amazing Staff! I had a truly delightful stay at Rove Expo! The hotel has such a positive and energetic vibe, from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The location is excellent, and the design of the hotel is modern, creative, and inspiring. What really made my experience special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Whether it was at the reception, restaurant, or housekeeping, the service was always professional and warm. The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect for both relaxation and productivity. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in Dubai again. Highly recommended, especially for those who appreciate great hospitality and a positive vibe!

I have stayed in many neighbors/hotels around Dubai, Rove Expo City by far is my favorite. The staff are very friendly (and honestly look much happier than staffs at other hotels - Marriott), the place is very clean, good sound isolation (I had very good sleep there). Good gym, lots of space, and the whole building has lots of natural sunlight. The first floor feel like a co-working place that I was able to network with folks and get things done. It's further south of the city, away from all the buzz of Dubai which I love, the metro station is literally across the hotel (2 mins walk) and they have golf cart that can take you everywhere within the Expo City. I'd definitely stay here again. People who stay here are mainly international business traveler, you can feel the vibe is very different than any other hotels within Dubai. If you are staying here for tourist reason, definitely rent a car.

Laundry is a bit expensive.

The breakfast was fabulous with several options but predominantly middle eastern cuisine. The selection of fresh juices and fruits through to hot meals and/or eggs any style was just delicious - it was the highlight of every day. The staff were all so helpful and friendly from checking in and then daily engagement as you walk through the various spaces. Staff remembered your name and what you like to eat or drink. The spaces in the lounge and reception and bar are great as they are set up for hot desking and working which was a great environment. Daily filtered water provided in the rooms (refills were also available) and early servicing of the room. While the location was 30 mins away from the city center access to the Metro made it so easy to get about. The Dome - a feature of the Hotel area was amazing.

The hotel is placed in a futuristic area. Even if it's a little bit far from the city center (1 hour to Dubai Mall with metro) and 45 minutes with taxi from the aeroport, but you have the metro station 5 minutes walking. Only for the amazing breakfast, the hotel should be placed to a 4* stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean every day, lots of amenities, fresh bottle of water daily, the oud smell and the great space in the reception.. all 👍 The Dom feels like avatar scene, really cool. You can buy a pass for visiting the Expo 2020. Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is in a perfect location near Expo 2020 – no traffic issues and just a 5-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were very professional and helpful especially Mr. PHILIP & Mr ARSLAN. We requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted. The room was spacious, clean, and felt brand new. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The lobby is very large and welcoming. Our check-out process took less than a minute – very efficient! Special thanks to the front office team for their excellent service. We truly appreciate everything. We will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful, her name was Kaylani (I think), she was dealing with several issues with guest complaints, but still managed to listen to my requests with a smile on her face and was geninly kind. The size of the room was wonderful, and the elevators were fast. The hotel is right in the middle of Expo City, so everything is a walking distance. The size of the bathroom is great, the AC is excellent. More pillows would be great. But overall, I recommend the place, slightly expensive for a 3-star hotel, but generally speaking, a good experience.

The bathroom was not clean enough. The amenities in the room were just two toothbrushes, no shower cap or anything else. Unfortunately the bathroom had a hand stain on the wall from the previous guest, which was disgusting to be honest. So a bit more attention to detail would go a long way.
