The hotel was beautiful with the interior, from the lobby and then up to reception with the amazing beachfront views. The staff were probably the most helpful and kind that I have come across, in particular the concierge, who helped organise our car hire, suggested places to eat and also organised our taxi to the airport. During our stay we also changed rooms to a sea view room (which I would highly recommend), and reception organised this without issue - though you of course do need to wait until 15:00 before the room is ready. The other guests are also very pleasant, we didn't experience any disruption/noise at communal areas such as the pool/dining. It's not a typical touristy hotel, which we quite enjoyed during our stay. Breakfast was a buffet which was as expected, which was very good with a lot of option. The room was also good with plenty of space.

The hot food of the breakfast buffet could have had slightly more variety, though what was on offer was still lovely. The air conditioning in the room wasn't that powerful - the thermostat goes down to 10°C, however the room was never colder than around 18/19, though I think for the vast majority of people that's probably sufficient.

I loved the entire experience at this hotel. Flying in from Sunderland, UK, I joined my brother and his wife (who live in Northern Spain) as we all wanted to get away from the cold for the 2023-2024 New Year experience hosted by the hotel. It was fantastic, a lovely large room and bathroom with a sea-view and balcony room with fantastic views of the sea and even Tenerife in the distance! We went half-board, and the breakfasts and dinners (which are all buffet) were lovely with great selections for everyone. I have to say the staff were all so friendly and helpful to my family group, well done team!

I may be a grumpy pensioner, but I really have no complaints, job well done !

The hall ways to the rooms didn’t make me feel like I was in the same building.

Great staff, the breakfast was one of the best I've had, I've travelled all over the world and it had pretty much everything you could choose from. Spoilt for choice and I left full every morning ready for the day ahead. My room was cleaned every day with more towels, toilet paper etc and the bed made up back again.

Nothing really, I did have an issue initially with the safe not working in my room but was upgraded to a balcony room for the hassle, free of charge which I can't complain about at all. Two people were given a key to my room by mistake but I think this was because I changed rooms and it mustn't have been updated on the system somewhere.

The location was terrific and facilities of the hotel excellent . I had booked a superior hotel room with double bed but when I saw it it was at the back of the hotel and not a very appealing view also it wasn’t a double bed. I went to change and was offered a room with a sea view and balcony for an extra 30 Euro and it was stunning (although not a a double bed!) and the bedroom was fine. We were half board but wouldn’t do that again as what was on offer in the evening wasn’t to our taste and we felt the dining room lacked a bit of atmosphere, for breakfast it was fine with good choice but dimming lights and opera music in the background would be an idea to add a bit of atmosphere !

The hotel’s right on the beachfront with stunning sunsets — absolutely beautiful. They let me check in at 9 AM with no extra charge, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I wasn’t expecting: the place was packed with guests aged 45 and up. Might just be the type of destination, but none of the reviews on Booking mentioned it.

Water and tea/coffee were only complimentary on the first day — in most 5-star hotels, that’s usually restocked daily. Also, no slippers or bathrobes provided, which was a bit disappointing for a place with a 5-star rating.

Incredible beach view from our balcony and loved listening to the waves every morning. Bed was big and comfortable (it was a proper kingsize, not two singles pushed together!). Very quiet at night and got a great sleep yet still very close to good restaurants and bars. The pool is glorious (heated salt water) and the food is very good too. The staff are the best I’ve ever encountered (particularly Kianna, Jose and Navileen) - all so friendly and welcoming.

The coffee at breakfast isn’t great. Nespresso machine in the room is good but the milk and coffee isn’t replenished so you’ll have to buy milk and coffee for the room after the first day.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the lively Las Palmas beach with excellent public transport connections. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh delicious options, and dinner was also diverse and great. The hotel restaurant’s ocean view added to the experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

While the location is lively, it also means the area can be noisy, and unfortunately, my room window closures didn’t help with the noise. The bed was a bit hard for my preference. The minibar was empty and no kettle provided in the room, for a 5-star hotel I didn't find it suitable. Additionally, some dishes at breakfast and dinner weren’t as clean as expected. I always had to search for more clean ones.

The hotel is a lovely modern hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are really friendly. We had an issue with our AC and the manager dealt with our complaint immediately and even moved us to another room and kindly gave us complimentary dinner. The room is really spacious and so is the bathroom. However I wouldn’t consider the hotel to be 5 stars by our (Irish) standards but then neither is the price which is fair enough. The breakfast had a huge selection and plenty of space in the dinning room.

The sunloungers at the pool were all taken very early and this was in November. Can’t imagine what the summer must be like. But it’s a lovely area.

Super spacious bedroom and bathroom nicely decorated. Lovely pool and good to have access to the gym facilities too. Excellent location. The staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast buffet excellent.

We were on the first floor on the corner so we couldn’t see the sunset. Worth checking the room when booking and making sure you get a room in the middle and higher up. On the plus side it was very quiet. The pool only accessible from 10am, would have been better to open earlier
