- Location (walking distance to train stations and Gran Via street - Loved the early morning complimentary snack (nice touch and very helpful when you’re in a rush and don’t have time to buy breakfast) - Staff were very helpful and courteous, particularly Jesus and Zeus

- There was no towel bar to dry wet towel - No hangers for pants (they would fall off the type of hangers provided) - No boxed facial tissue provided

Cute little hotel. Not too far from shopping places. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was good-sized. Found the layout a bit weird. Bathroom first then the bedroom. Had water for drinking, which was appreciated. Had a lift although very old style (have to push the door to open) and it initially didn’t work from the ground floor. Good thing somebody came down so we could use it to go up. Appreciated storage for our Luggages. Nice classy lobby.

No hand shower in the bathroom so only water from the top shower (rainfall); shower cubicle was a bit cramped. There was a coffee maker but the quality wasn’t good- lots of sediments so we didn’t bother. The temperature setting of the air con didn’t seem to be working.

I had a great stay. I had just walked 175 miles on the Camino and returned to Madrid for one night before my flight home. I had no trouble finding the hotel, and the wonderful facilities were so welcome! The shower and bed were just what I needed. Although I felt like I was going through a bit of a labyrinth to get to my room, once there it was super quiet - just what I needed.

I couldn't get the elevator to respond -- but it may have just been that I was tired.

The fresh fruit and pastry attached to my door was a welcome surprise in the morning! The staff was friendly and the room was warm and welcoming. The lobby, too, was an inviting space to chat with fellow guests.

I arrived to the hotel late in the evening. The front door was locked and it was unclear how to get into the building. I didn't see a doorbell or instructions. From the entrance I could see the front desk, and it didn't appear as though anyone was there. Since I was new to the city, I felt a bit vulnerable and exposed standing at the entrance late at night with my luggage figuring out who to contact. Fortunately, a guest came out of the hotel, and I was able to enter the building. At that time, I saw that someone was sitting behind the front desk the entire time I was standing outside.

Customer service / front desk / cleaning staff were all genuinely kind and determined to create a safe, welcoming environment. Carni ( SP? Young woman who greeted us ) spoke English to help navigate our needs and facilitated a prompt check in to our ultra cool / chic junior suite. Would highly recommend! We’re grateful to be able to stay an additional night on our trek home to the US in a few weeks. Bueno bueno bueno! Muchos gracias!

The receptionists were super helpful and with a smile on their faces always. The place is really good for the price, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is quite close to Gran Via and Plaza de España, so it is easy to move around and in a safe area.

There was sometimes a kind of humidity smell in the room.

Great! They gave some snacks everyday and there are also fruits and water dispenser available to complement the stay. There's a bidet/jet in the bathroom, but it was a bit complicated to use. Alexa in the room and was not noisy at all. Location close to the main street and metro station so it's easy to get anywhere.

Quirky rooms in a great location. Our room was a work of art complete with projector screen, ceiling mounted speakers and lots of mirrors. Great location close to bars, cafes and restaurants. We got a little bag of fruit and pastry on our door each morning. The staff were very friendly and they were able to check us in early.

Some of the furniture was a little tired and there were a couple of marks on the pillowcases and quilt covers. No bath products were provided although there is a supermarket across the road along with several good cafes and a green grocer.

Lovely staff, they gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. We got little morning snacks as well which was a lovely little touch. The receptionist was super nice as well and helped us print our train tickets. Location is amazing and cool interior design!

The mattress was a bit too soft for us but otherwise good

Location was great! 10 minute walk to the Main Street Gran Via. Room was nice and clean - quirky layout!

The lighting in the room was a little weird - especially the lighting above the sink. Overhead lighting when getting ready is never one you want 😂 but genuinely that was the only thing!
