Staff were so friendly and attentive. They made us feel so welcome and gave some excellent recommendations for things to do, areas to explore, and local restaurants. The room was comfortable and the air con was great. Amenities were lovely.

Hilton Atocha is conveniently located close to the Madrid Atocha station. The hotel staff were responsive to our requests before our arrival. We specified our arrival window and also requested that the AC be turned on before our arrival, as Madrid was quite hot during our stay. Check-in was easy. The staff provided us with water. They also accommodated our request to provide a fan and an ironing board. The room (Premium King Suite) was large and featured a sofa bed. The air conditioning worked well, and that was important given the sweltering heat in Madrid during our stay. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet at a reasonable price, as well as an à la carte breakfast menu. Both choices offer delicious food. Additionally, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the food quality was excellent. The quality of service is also very exceptional.

The room was spacious and confortable and our room was extremely quiet so you could rest properly. The hotel is located close to the main museums and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was great

Staff, as noted by other reviewers, is very, very, VERY friendly, even for the spanish standards. Hotel seems to be fairly recently renovated and is well maintained, very clean. Breakfast a bit pricey, but very high quality. Baby cot seemed to be almost new. There is a EV charging station in their parking garage (charging is free, but parking is not).

Bed mattress way too soft. Entrance into the parking garage is pretty tight. WiFi was mediocre. Not hotel’s fault, but important note: surrounding neighborhood is pretty dirty and full of homeless people.

The property was well designed, recently and thoughtfully renovated, the room had a small table and fauteuils set apart from the bed which provided a separate space to enjoy a coffee. Shower and bathroom well thought out with spacious sink and latest plumbing features. The staff were helpful and breakfast was also plentiful. The hotel is near the train station and within a 10 min walk to a large square. Very close to Prado.

I think that the firm bed could use a new topper.

The hotel is great. Everything was up to the standards: the location, the room, the service. The stuff of the hotel were extra attentive and nice. This made our stay even more enjoyable. We were traveling with our dog and notified the hotel prior our stay. They place all pet-necessities in our room (bowls, dog bed, even a list with dog-friendly places in town). This was super touching and lovely! As an addition - apart from having a blow dryer in the room, they also had a hair straightener which is amazing. And a steamer for clothes. We would also like to mention that the restaurant located in the hotel is super good too! Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you to the team!

The only thing that could be altered is the absence of shelves for clothes storage in the room. Yes there were hangers yet no shelves in the closet or anywhere around. That would be great to have those to store small items that don’t need to be hanged on a hanger. Also to make the stay even more comfortable it would be great to have bathroom utilities/kits in the room, as we had to ask for a vanity kit and a teeth kit to be given to us. Having those already be places in our room would be useful.

Coffee machine is in the room that is very useful for those starting the day with a cup of coffee. Location is at walking distance from the Atocha Railway Station, for those e.g. trying the super express to Sevilla, or traveling further by train, could be important. The location is central, close to the Royal Palace and other things to see.

The aircon system. One sets it to 20 degrees Celsius and when returns to the room, it is 32 degrees even on the panel and you cannot bear it and cannot change. Advice from staff: switch it off and open the window. It is misleading to have a panel in the room, because the guest cannot regulate, it is set automatic. Sometimes you wake up during the night sweating, as it is 30 degrees periodically, sometimes cooling down. But despite of this, highly recommended, would return with no hesitation, it could have been our bad luck only.

Amazing location in the heart of the city. Can walk to all of the famous sites. Tons of food nearby. Parking is an option to pay for. Underground lot. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful and decoration was amazing. Clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the room upgrade and wish we had more time in Madrid!! Would stay here again

The double glazing didn’t work and I was kept up late by shouting and traffic. When I mentioned to staff they shrugged and said “it was Saturday night”. That would be fine - but it’s not reflected in the price. Weirdly in the bathroom, the toilet roll is on the wall by the door - out of reach when you are on the toilet! I had been to three other 4 star hotels in Madrid that week and it was my least favourite buffet. Not as much choice and didn’t seem as fresh.
