She was incredibly helpful, supportive, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was very well supplied, staff very helpful and supportive., the room was very quite in the rear of the building on the fourth floor very convenient to walk to the Grand Via then to Puerta Del Sol. Staff spoke very good English and was very respondent to any questions.

Towels could have been a bit thicker but if changed daily then they tend not to retain body odor., could have had a teapot and tea in the room., but there are 24 Hours grocery stores right around the corner for refreshments and a vending machine in the hotel lobby so there are options.

We stayed at the Hostal during the big blackout of April 2025. We were happy to have chosen this hotel, and were pleased by the excellent support they provided us throughout the process.

Since we stayed in the hotel in an emergency situation, the only thing we noticed they could improve was allocating some emergency lights in the corridors. But, as I said before, this is a great option for those looking for excellent service at a good price in a central location in Madrid.

Hotel is at excellent location, staff is amazing. Friendly and supportive 24/7. After reported issue with A/C device in my room, got another one without problem. Even staff transfer my luggage to the another room. Warm recommendation. Would really like to see hotel upgraded.

Hotel is a bit outdated and need some refurbishment. Mattress in the second room crying for replacement. Had issue with A/C device in my room, producing constant strange noises even when is off, which cannot be fixed. Breakfast is very basic, it is really pity, easily can be improved. At hotel basement is night club which can be a problem for some.

Very good location, 10 minutes from Puerta del sol,in one direction and from Cibeles, Retiro park and Prado museum on the other. Almost on the Gran Via, but very quiet street. Very clean room. Very friendly staff! Shops open 24h just aroundd corner ( for drink,water, and such things). Safe neighbourhood!

Breakfast is a little bit poor. Just 1 kind of cheese, jamon and ham no eggs and vegetables. Coffe machine makes good coffe although:-)

Excellent level of the price/quality level. Hotel is located in the center of Madrid. Very good view and little balcony makes you feel some kind of presence effect to the Plaza Pedro Zerolo. Breakfast is enough and tasty, but I recommend the administration - put boiled eggs to the menu.

Rooms are a bit old and are asking for some kind of renovation. There is no fridge and electric kettle in the room.

Breakfast is good, and Economical, Location is Middle of City that's Awesome. Room is fine for Single Person but Bed not comfortable. We are not use too commode without water. so that is difficult. rest all was good.

the staff was excellent , each one in their own way. very friendly and cooperative. They speak English .

there was a trash container on the outside, on the road, and every so often, they would dump bottles on to the container. very noisy.
