The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, with a path along the river that's perfect for walking or running. It's a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. There’s a nearby bus stop that connects directly with Atocha train station, both to and from the hotel, which makes it very convenient. It’s also well connected to the city center. There are several supermarkets nearby, which is great for picking up snacks or anything you might need. As for the hotel itself, everything was 10/10. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious—something you don't find easily in most hotels nowadays. We really enjoyed the pool; even though it's small, it was very clean and a perfect spot to relax. Among the amenities, the gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Breakfast was good. We’ve had better in other places, but overall it was tasty and quite complete. The price-quality ratio was on point. Check-in and check-out were both fast and easy, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfy bed and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast buffet with huge variety, very friendly staff. Our room had a fridge, so we could keep water bottles chilled.

The hotel does have a pool, but the pool area is not very big with very few sunbeds, so you have to be there early to get one. The location is great for taking strolls along the river promenade. The nearest metro station is about 15 mins walking distance, which at 36 degrees during the day maybe isn't for everyone. We knew that when we booked it and there are taxis or Uebers available, though.

The hotel was lovely! Great location along the river, a 20 minute walk to La Latina, which we frequented every day. It was great having a pool during the hot days. Staff were very friendly. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner, but we had the buffet breakfast one day, which had a good spread (and soya milk). All toiletries were provided including hand and body lotion, which is a great addition. We had the superior room, but I couldn’t believe the size of the bed! Also very comfortable! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. We’ll be back.

I would recommend irons for the bedrooms, this would have been beneficial to us. Additionally I think we would have visited the pool more if it was opened at 10am rather than 11am.

One person in the restaurant was rude , not very friendly. I asked about a cup of coffee. The breakfast was not included with my stay. I assumed a cup of coffee would given to me free. It was. The women was agrevatefed, I asked for coffee. I did not feel welcomed by her, was extremely uncomfortable. I will not stay here again because of this.

She was rude and hostile toward me. Over a cup of coffee. I did spend over 1500.00 in my week staying at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares and had a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location by the Manzanares River, providing picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Manzanares side of Madrid.

The variety of fresh fruits and cold items to be picked for your food plate was commendable, but overall, the offering of the breakfast was a bit limited regarding to its relatively high-pricing; the breakfast could have also included more warm food items, like bacon, sausages, omelets, porridge/oatmeal, grilled tomatoes and/or warm croissants and pastries.

Pool and relaxing areas, across street from river where there are walking and biking paths, easy access to bicimad and taxis.

For people unfamiliar with Madrid, the palace and plaza mayor are up on the top of the hill overlooking the river. The hotel is located with nice river and park proximity. Thus, walking up to all the nearby cool stuff is very steep. Not a bad thing but something to be aware of. For people planning to get around via bus or taxi, its a good choice.

Nice and spacious room, very confortable, with a big bed. Nice restaurant with good food and good prices - we really enjoyed the new year s eve dinner there. A Carrefour shop is very close and other restaurants nearby.

To reach the city center (Plaza Major) you need to take a bus - 50 line (arround 20 min) or a 30 min walk. Is not necessary a bad thing if you enjoy walking.

It was clean and the location was good, silent.

I would have loved a more divers breakfast, including vegetables. I needed to ask for a salad. Fortunately I didn’t have to pay extra, but I got some tuna on top of the salad, which I didn’t ask for. I guess it was meant well. Fortunatley I do eat fish, but it’s akward to decide to put something on top without asking someone’s preferences.

It was clean, comfortable and in quite a good location where you could easily walk, bus or get a taxi to the main areas of Madrid. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English which was helpful as we do not speak Spanish. The wifi worked well and the rooms were kept very nicely.

On each of the 2 full nights which we stayed, we were woken up in the middle of the night by what we thought to be mice scratching inside the walls. Difficult to confirm but it seemed to continue until we banged on the wall which seemed to scare them off the first night, although they seemed to keep coming back after a while on the second night.

the rooftop was exceptional with a great view of the Sagrada Familia. Great shopping mall and restaurants near by.

the open shower structure was not appreciated. Perhaps shower curtains would be a simple solution to prevent the entire floor from getting wet. The pool on the rooftop was not heated and too cold to swim into. didn't see anyone using it. heating using solar technology may be affordable.
