Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location - very quiet at night but only a few minutes walk into town - about 10 minutes or so to the cathedral. Room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed The staff were absolutely wonderful - allow us to check in early, gave interesting information, and bent over backwards at every opportunity to help Pool area on the rooftop was lovely as well - note that the pool is pretty small

There room had a step up/down to the bathroom/wash basin ... almost had a nasty fall in the night ...

This little gem of a hotel is tucked away in the intimate streets of Palma, on arrival we were greeted by the hotel Manager and given the history of the beautiful building over a glass of Mallorcan wine. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful during our staff - especially Omar in the beautiful bar who created cocktails for us each evening. The rooms, aesthetic and calm feeling of the hotel is perfect after a day of sightseeing or shopping - I cannot recommend highly enough and we will be back soon .....

The location is perfect. The hotel is very posh and everyone is very nice. The breakfast room is amazing and the breakfast itself has so many fresh fruits. I loved it. Truly recommend this hotel for that! The room is clean and comfortable and they have Guerlain soap and hand cream (never seen this lately, not even in more expensive hotels). We had coffee and water for free and some treats - very nice touch.

Rooms are smaller than I expected and the flooring was a bit stained (don't imagine something bad, everything is very light in color, maybe that's why). Due to the fact there is the city center the view is also not present in most rooms. We were given an upgraded room, but the view was to the upper terrace flooring (stones and bushes in the pool area). A bit strange, but we were travelling all day so it did not bother us.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and comfortable. Location was very central to destinations in Palma and just steps from shops and restaurants. The pool area was very nice and a great amenity. The onsite parking is valet and is was very easy to retrieve my vehicle whenever I needed it. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Palma.

Everything was great. Only minor thing was the A/C in my room struggled to get below 22 C, but that is a negligible issue and didn’t really bother me.

We stayed in the luxury suite for a week and we absolutely loved it! It was perfect from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a guided tour from Daniel and surprise champagne and a fruit platter in our room. The room was fabulous. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the way every detail of the room had been so well designed. We had breakfast on our balcony every morning and everything would arrive beautifully arranged. We loved using the steam room in the bathroom and our whirlpool bath on the balcony. We would set it to cold in the day so it was like a plunge pool and set it to warm in the evening. The balcony had been so well designed that it was very private. We didn't use the hotel spa because we had our own steam room! We did go up to the rooftop pool a couple of times which we thought was a lovely space and very clean. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had and we hope to return again soon!

Really tranquil hotel, calm and restful. Staff were lovely and really helpful with great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Breakfast is amazing. Wide variety of food to choose from and great quality. Roof terrace is a lovely place to relax and sunbathe. We were also lucky to have one of the rooms with a terrace which was a really lovely place to read and watch the swifts in the evening.

Pool in roof terrace is small and shallow so not for swimming, but good for cooling down in.

The lovely Joan checked us in and explained the history of the building. A monastery on the verge of dereliction, the hotel was renovated and the remaining monks still live next door. It's a nice thing they've done. Lots of lovely original features. Beautiful room with an amazing bed and a ridiculous amount of pillows. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Fab bar with great cocktails. For a couples break it was perfect. The wellness spa in the old wine cellar is amazing and OH had a fantastic massage. Located down a side street, five minutes from the cathedral, everything was walkable.

I'm being really picky here but I found the water in both pools a little chilly but then I am a wimp when it comes to that kind of thing. Also @booking.com, you offered me a reduced rate cab ride from the airport for about 35 euro. We jumped a cab at the airport and it cost 15 euro. Naughty!

The staff from time of arrival to me leaving for the airport were so friendly, helpful and professional. Anything I asked for they were able to help me with and they were friendly and smiley. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town and also walking distance from most of the key spots. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of fruits, pastries and also perfectly cooked eggs. The rooftop pool is the perfect place to take a break, sunbathe and relax.

I love the breakfast !! It is prepare by the restaurant of the hotel and it’s a Michelin star restaurant and was amazing everyday delicious delicious !! I did like the remodelación of the convent and the history was very pretty.

Only that it’s kind of strange that there it’s not reception there it’s a desk and an office but works. Also I did not like that it’s kind of an ally that it’s close to las ramblas but not pretty.

Service was incredible, staff very attentive, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent, incredible buffet with additional order off menu choices. Location great for exploring old town area of Mallorca.

Our room was on the street side of the hotel. Room was very nice and bed comfortable but was dark with poor lighting in bathroom area and hallways were very narrow and dark. We did see a cockroach in the hallway:/ Would request the other side of the hotel in the future.
