The location was brilliant, peaceful and looking out over the bay of Palma yet only a 15 minute walk along the front, past the Cathedral and into the main shops and restaurants etc The roof top terrace , sun deck pool and bar all very good and the food served in the rooftop restaurant is exceptional. However you have to book this restaurant well in advance as the excellent restaurant manager will not allow his kitchen staff to be overwhelmed by booking too many people. All the hotel staff were very good and the front desk staff were excellent…..very helpful. We didn’t use the spa or gym.

Quiet, well-airconditioned hotel with good internet, near old-town Palma. Safe neighborhood, partial view of the sea. Within walking distance to shops , the cathedral, tourist cafes. Nice bathtub. Nice rooftop bar, detracted from by loud playing of annoying wailing loud music. Warm and quiet indoor pool, plus an outdoor pool on the roof (not quiet as it is near the bar).

Breakfast had a big spread but was mostly plain, with undersalted bread, undersalted eggs. There was amazing fresh-pressed OJ, however. Service was a bit tight at breakfast.the lighting arrangement in the room was overly complicated, and the bath tub rinsing hose was stuck (plus the head of the hose kept falling off).

Great hotel, great service, great beds, breakfast. We had a vacation that not only met but exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We greatly appreciated the exceptional level of personal attention and care from the staff. Even before we arrived at the hotel, the staff was proactive in communicating with us and addressing any questions we may have had in order to help make our arrival go smoothly. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and made to feel that we were valued guests. The rooms were small but lovely and the amenities of the hotel were superb. The rooftop swimming pool and restaurant became our favorite places to hang out and we appreciated that the hotel never felt crowded or impersonal. Staying at El Lorenc Parc de la Mar was a remarkable and luxurious experience, one that our entire family will remember with great fondness!

The property while being what you would expect from a boutique hotel, has also been made to feel welcoming. All staff go above and beyond to welcome guests, from the complimentary wine left in our room as a welcome gift, to the chocolates and water provided daily. To organising trips to local landmarks, providing information regarding Palma & beyond. The food at the hotel is also very good, freshly prepared & plentiful. The hotel is perfectly situated, close enough to all amenities but in a quiet location so that you can have a very relaxing stay if you want.

Great location, nice building and high quality interior. Everything works, it's quiet, and the staff are all very professional. The roof terrace with pool is a nice feature, as is the gym and spa in the basement. The owners and managers have done a great job putting it all together.

The standard rooms are a little on the small side if you're staying for a week as we did. That being said, the beds are super king size (1.8m/6ft wide), and the rooms are well-designed to make best use of the space.

An excellent hotel within walking distance of major attractions and close to Estació Intermodal/main train station for easy island access. The concierge team was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and arranging reservations. Rooms were spotless and stylish, breakfast featured a mix of fresh pastries, cold cuts, as well as made-to-order options, and the rooftop offered stunning views along with a fantastic spa.

Everything was perfect!

The team were very friendly and welcoming, the room (Junior Suite) was very well appointed and spacious, excellent shower and bath facilities. Fresh towels every day, little chocolate treats each day, and only five minutes from the cathedral.

There was a €35 charge per day for parking the rental vehicle. Should have read the small print, but did come as a surprise on checkout. The park it faces out onto could do with a little tidying, but overall great location.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff made us feel so welcome and helped us celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary with some generous additions to our stay. The pool area is quite small but very well maintained with beautiful views across to the coast line. The service from the restaurant staff and around the oool was second to none. Very attentive and helpful, and actually removed people’s towels from the sunbeds if they were not around. This upset some people but it means all guests can enjoy time by the pool and it’s not “reserved” for people.

Lovely smallish hotel (33 rooms I think) with beautiful decor, well appointed room and the staff were impecable. The basement pool/spa is stunning and the rooftop infinity pool is great too.

The gym is a bit small but it is fine. Bike, crossfit and treadmill, some free weights/bench and a multiway pulley machine. So if you know what you are doing, then fine, but max capacity is about 3/4 people.
