The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The location was wonderful, 5 minutes to the beach and centre of Palma. So many fabulous restaurants to eat out at. Weather was incredible. The use of the spa was the icing on the cake, along with the birthday bottle of cava gesture

The hotel was beautiful, but the staff made our stay very special - a big shout out to Mirabel, who was fantastic with her recommendations and advising the best way to drive around the narrow streets of Palma! I had a little map, circled with lots of great things to do, see, eat and drink. From the cleaning to the waiting staff, you always received a warm welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean; there is a spa area for you to relax by yourself and a lovely roof top terrace with beds, seating, sun or shade, with blankets and heaters for those nights with a slight chill. The breakfast area is cosy with a good selection of food. The hotel has limited underground parking just a couple of minutes walk away, but the best way to see Palma is park up and walk around. A couple of our recommendations that I would pass on is 'After Landing', a cocktail bar five minutes walk from the hotel. The Merchants Steak & Grill, a fantastic meal and lovely surroundings. If you have a car, Deià and Valldemossaare are beautiful places about 25 minutes from Palma.

Not something I didn't like, but If you are not a confident driver, don't drive in the area. Parking is horrendous and the streets are very narrow. They are beautiful, but there are lots of corners that have car paintwork on. This also goes for driving around Deià. If you are confident though, it's well worth it. Also, the road from Alcúdia to Deià is amazing. Super windy and tight, but the most dramatic, beautiful views. Watch out for the cyclists ... and there are many!

Beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the roof top and reading. The morning yoga class was a great start to the day. The location is perfect for walking around the old town. We enjoyed the private use of the spa. We also really appreciated the little daily treats left in the room.

We were expecting a swimming pool but it's actually a very shallow plunge pool. This wasn't a big problem as we were going for a city break. We would have also liked the opportunity to use the spa more than just once for 45 minutes as we thought we would be able to use this daily.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and high quality. Our room was spacious, spotless, and we even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very well located—tucked away in a quiet spot, yet right in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

We were overwhelmed with the friendly welcome, glass of wine, booking in process and introduction to the hotel and the city. The front desk staff were amazing, the whole hotel is simply stunning - even better than it appears in the photos - and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The breakfast is great and the location puts you right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Really couldn’t rate it highly enough and I wouldn’t even bother researching other hotels when I return to Palma.

Really nothing. The whole place is exceptional.

Our welcome to Palma, by Laura, was such a treat. She took time to talk us through all the best spots in the city so we had our own tailored guide map for the weekend. The hotel is stunning and we enjoyed a drink on the rooftop at sunset. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the location, which was the perfect base for our first visit, allowing us to explore the old town and beyond.

We loved everything, but would have appreciated use of a blue tooth speaker in our room.

Fabulous boutique hotel in old town, Palma! The lovely little touches like a welcome glass of cava on arrival to the georgous toiletries in the bathroom make this hotel special. All the staff are cheerful and very helpful, nothing was a problem to them. We stayed here with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday, and when we were shown to our room, a bottle of cava and mini chocolate cakes were waiting for us! We opted to book a superior room that faced outside. The bed was very comfy compared to other hotel beds, I usually struggle to get settled, but I slept very well on this bed! I asked for a kettle to be supplied as I like a cup of tea in a morning rather than a coffee from the machine. This was supplied along with an iron and ironing board. We had Bvlgari toiletries to use in the bathroom, which I really wanted to take home with me, but I resisted! We booked the breakfast option, and there was plenty of choice for all palates. It was mostly continental, along with the choice of daily eggs ( boiled egg was cooked perfectly, runny,how I like it!). The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to sit drinking the bottle of cava, listening to the bells of the nearby church ringing out. Whilst there were other guests staying, we never heard any noise from the other rooms, which was great. I would definitely book this hotel again if we were visiting Palma.

The only negative thing about the hotel was the pillows on the bed. These could do with replacing as they were past their best.

The staff there (Laura and Ivan) were exceptionally hospitable. Even though I arrived early and with a tonne of baggage, it flew by. The property is stunning and was exactly what I was looking for. Both me and my husband had a fabulous experience. The room is spacious and clean and made our stay remarkable. Unfortunately I fell sick on the last night and had a terrible stomach, but our check out was so easy that I pulled through. I look forward to coming back and reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Palma the best possible way!

Not a single thing that I did not LOVE!

Great location if you want to be near the heart of old town Palma. The roof top terrace and bar was fantastic. Not very big, but we were there in March time. Nice enough to sit in the sun after some shopping with a sundowner. We paid for a non basic room. I would imagine some of the standard rooms might be small and have internal windows, but even then for the money it’s a charming hotel.

It’s not a negative point about this hotel. It’s the same in most hotels in old town Palma. But if you want a totally silent nights sleep, be aware being in Palma old Town with its narrow streets and tall buildings, sound does travel up!

Stunning hotel. We didn’t get to use the restaurant or rooftop but it looked amazing. We also were upgraded to a suite for the night by the beautiful staff. Will definitely be back!!!

Only slightly negative would be the parking is a short walk from the property due to it being in the old town.
