Nice hotel, conveniently located in the Santa Catalina area. A short walk into the old town etc, but also very close to some great restaurants and bars that you might miss in the neighbourhood if staying more central. Great, friendly staff particularly in the restaurant and bars. Breakfast superb and good choice. Nice roof top pool, but can get a bit crowded, though the roof top bar area on the floor below not so much and is very relaxing. Rooms very clean and well equipped and serviced everyday. A great little hotel!

Nothing not to like, maybe if there were a couple more shady areas by the pool as in direct sun it’s scorchio!

The hotel is basically brand new. It was decorated well throughout and immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We booked for 4 nights in the upper floor room and would recommend this as it was right near to the roof terrace and only a short walk up the steps to the pool. The drinks in our mini fridge were complementary on the first night which was a nice touch. The facilities are great, the gym is a decent size with modern equipment. There is a small pool which is perfect for cooling off after a day wandering around the city. There is a spa which we used and enjoyed! They also have shower, changing facilities and a luggage room on your final day. Breakfast was included and this was also great, a choice of fresh fruit, coffee, juice, smoothies, yoghurt, pastries and cooked items to order e..g eggs, bacon etc. The hotel is close to supermarkets for drinks and snacks but we did find the prices they charged to be reasonable.

The only thing we didn't like was the location, it was a bit too far out of the centre for us. Many reviews said it was only a 5 -10 minute walk but it was really more a 20-25 minute walk to most things which can be quite tiring when you are already doing a lot of walking exploring the city. We like to nip back to relax for a few hours before dinner and change so 25 minute each way could add up to a lot of steps.

Just a really excellent stay. The staff were particularly excellent. Always greeted with energy and enthusiasm. Simon, from the bar in particular was always excited to see you and engage in chat. Rooms were clean and room service kept them tip top throughout the stay. Reasonably priced for extras (breakfast meals around €6.50, and a glass of red €4). Location wise, it’s 10-15 to top of the main shopping street but it is nice being a little outside of the centre, especially if you like a stroll.

Two minor things, would have been good to have some nicer tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also, because it was winter the hotel was set to a warmer temperature, but being English we were still wearing shorts and the weather was warm to us. My understanding was that because the hotel temperature was set, the air con wouldn’t cool, which made the rooms a little hot for us.

Brandnew beautiful hotel. Nice rooms with good wide beds. Electric kettle and little fridge were very useful. The bench in the window gave use a nice vieuw upon the lively street below. Recepcion staff and cleaning ladies were all very nice and helpful. Nice furniture on the roof round the pool.

Relaxing on the terrace was almost impossible due to the loud contempory music produced by the many loudspeakers there. NO ESCAPING FROM THEM. I asked recepcion twice if please the volume could be lowered a little. But that was not possible. SO IF YOU WANT TO READ A BOOK, BRING EARPLUGS. A manual to explain how to operate the airco and the electronic lightswitches would also be very helpful.

Perfect location for our requirements- a 2 euro bus ride to the football stadium just 1km away, close to cathedral and other points of interest. Great value considering its central location, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with all amenities (pool, gym and spa). Particularly helpful staff with special mention for Poly, who helped us book our stadium tickets and refused to accept a tip for her outstanding service!! Restaurant also excellent and open all day. Will definitely return when overnighting in Palma.

The hotel was very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely spacious room. Great shower. The staff were all excellent. Always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We ate in the restaurant once for lunch and it was very nice and reasonably priced. Location was very good. Only 10 minutes walk to the top of La Rambla & the old town. We were able to store our luggage and still use the facilities on our last day. The rooftop was very nice to sit & relax even though the pool is very small. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Palma. Great hotel for a city break.

We liked it a lot. No complaints. Would like to be able to access Netflix or something similar on TV in the room via phone / laptop, but that’s a minor issue.

I decided to celebrate my birthday in Palma and chose this hotel for this. I was extremely pleased that without mentioning this fact, the hotel congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a bottle of champagne! In addition, I really liked the interior, the quality of the bed, the super comfortable pillows, the large window. Despite the small size, I also really liked the chic rooftop and spa!

We were not very happy with the quality of the breakfast, but this is hardly a question for the hotel itself, rather it is a problem of the restaurant that provides such a service. The scrambled eggs tasted terrible, and the bacon was over-burnt and dry. Other guests were served bruschetta with vegetables, but we were not served any vegetables.

The property was in a great location, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. To get to the centre it was within walking distance also, and conveniently located close to bus stops. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but when I did they were great even giving me a map to map out popular locations around the city. I can’t comment on the amenities as I didn’t get a chance to use them. The room was spacious, clean, modern and the rituals products in the bathroom were a great added bonus - great that they were topped up/new bottles as many hotels leave half full. One of the cleanest/nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and the most affordable for what the property offers. My only comment would, it would have been great to have a clock in the room and small face towels. Otherwise my stay was great and I would stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The staff in particular were super helpful, happy to speak to my friend in English and patient with my pretty rough Spanish. In particular, our cleaner was called Camila, and our room was always super clean each day (which is quite the task if two messy guys are crashing out there). There was also a member of staff at reception in particular called Poly, who was really helpful and accommodating who we spoke to a few times.

The room was beautifully designed and clean, and the amenities were splendid. The fully equipped gym and rooftop pool with stunning views and comfortable day beds made my vacation truly feel luxurious. Loved that they provided free drinks in mini fridge and front desk was so helpful to arrange car rental, calling taxi, give directions, etc. Even the restaurant workers like Stephania were super friendly

Once I rented a car, it was hard to find parking near hotel bc it was a busy area.
