Great location close to the cathedral, shops, and marina. Room was very clean and quiet despite the hustle and bustle of city life going on below. The bed was amazing and the shower pressure was super! Nightly there was turn down service and we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling white wine upon arrival. Wonderful amenities. Quick walk to just about anywhere and the McDonalds is close - you can get a to-go beer for about $3! Multitude of amazing restaurants in the area. We wandered the streets, visited the cathedral, the art museum, and enjoyed numerous meals in the area.

The patio space smelled like cigarettes.

At first appearance the entrance to the hotel is a little unimposing as it’s on a side street and there’s just a small desk in the stairwell. However from the moment we were taken up to the main reception the whole experience couldn’t have gone better. The extra touches, the superb location and the service provided by the staff were second to none. I would definitely stay at Nivia Born should I be in Palma again.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The only issue we faced was the noise at night. We could clearly hear voices, which made it difficult to sleep. If soundproofing were improved, it would be a perfect experience.

The location of the hotel is amazing in a lively street. There are many brand boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes on the street plus there are many nearby nice streets and the corniche is 10min walk. Plus its central you can reach many places by walking. We have upgraded our room to suite to get a terrace for street view. The room itself was nice with modern interior & we loved it. The hotel has a valley parking option which was great!! But you need to pay for it since the hotel is parking in the underground paid public parking they dont have thier own parking. The hotel staff was soo friendly and they provided with great tips whenever we ask plus they are always smiling and helpful.

I wished if there terrace was a full glass, you need to stand to see from the terrace window.

Staff was incredible. Super friendly and polite. Kudos to them making the check in and our stay comfortable. Nice touches in the room with hand written welcome note and a complimentary bottle of wine.

Unfortunately the only bad thing to say was that 2 twin beds was pushed together to make a double. Was not comfortable, maybe a double mattress topper could be considered to keep the two beds together?

Gorgeous boutique hotel, just a few short steps from old town alleys full of shops and the beautiful Cathedral. Beautiful room and staff were outstanding. Whilst not cheap, it was a beautiful hotel and the room and facilities reflected the pricing. I only stayed one night in Palma but if i return, i would stay here again.

We have been there for 3 nights and it was perfect. Everyone told beds are too soft and it’s true, we had asked to fix it because we were with a baby and they forgot about, later before night we asked about and the guy at the reception helped us and made our dinner for free. Everyone are very friendly and try too help

The hotel is a relatively small yet very charming establishment. The staff were very courteous and took every means to make the stay really comfortable. It was amazing that while checking in, they noticed my date of birth on my passport...it was on the day that we were checking in. So they surprised us with a fruit platter and celebratory birthday song. The amenities in the hotel are exceptional and the location is really great...very easily accessible to restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were always available to make recommendations to tourist destinations as well as plan out an itinerary for us.

Location : You cannot get more central - fantastic. Main (posh) shopping/eating street 30 seconds away. Roof terrace: Superb view of cathedral and Palma rooftops. Breakfast onn the roof terrace every morning (food v good happy to provide my wife endless "oat flat whites" )Thursday's rooftop saxofonist drinks/food all excellent - what a lovely place to be. Fit out - Room felt luxurious , well designed , many nice touches. Service - Polite and quick on every ask. Day one, as we left the hotel there was a heavy downpour , so we halted briefly for a few seconds, deciding what to do ... in that time a staff member appeared with an umbrella..that is good service ! Our main waitress Ale came in early on our final morning to facilitate an early breakfast - 7.30 (breakfast is normally 8-11). She was a joy.

The mini bar could have been colder. Thats it.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, even after 10:00 PM. Stalin, who was on duty at night, helped us a lot with a smile all the time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book. The restaurant food is a must-try. We tried several dishes and all of them tasted very nice and were exceptional compared to the prices at other nearby restaurants.
