The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything in Palma, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. the room i had was spacious and very comfortable. But the important aspect of the hotel is the staff. They have an absolutely wonderful group of staff, eager to make your stay very comfortable. It was truly as if i was at home. Breakfasts is served in the terrace in a beautiful setting and the food is great. It was my first visit to Mallorca and staying here made this experience a whole lot better.

There are a few points that could be improved upon. The corridor of the third floor towards our rooms was very warm due to the fact that access to the rood top is through the end of the corridor. Another point is the WIFI coverage. It does not cover the entire Terrance area. If i am sitting near the building no problem but if i get a table by the wall i have to connect to my hotspot. My last point is the experience would have been more enhanced if the room had either an iron or a steamer. It makes it easier for last minute change of clothing.

This is a great boutique hotel in the central area of ​​the city Palma. Even though I wanted to check in earlier, the staff at the reception were helpful. I got a penthouse apartment. According to the description, there should also have been a bidet, but it wasn't there. When I wanted to look at another room, they was showing me, but they weren't as sexy as this rooftop one. I'm not entirely sure about the cleanliness of the top hot tub on the roof of the hotel, which you always have to book. The same applies to the tiny spa with sauna, which is on the ground floor of the hotel. If someone was there before me, I'm not entirely sure if the cleaning service had time to prepare the spa or hot tub to be hygienic. Of course you always got clean towels or drinks. But I'm afraid that the cleaning of the hot tubs or the sauna was not completely perfect. Breakfast was fine, they made an omelette to order. You could definitely enjoy, for example, dragon fruit or Spanish specialties. Room cleaning was perfect. I really recommended. I hope I will return there soon. And just one thing: I pay for six nights in the main season €2250. I’m really expect about this servis must be for 100%. Always!

I have described everything essential. In no way did I have a negative impression of this great hotel. And my feeling about the cleanliness of a sauna or hot tub can be purely subjective

Ideally located in a quiet side street only a few minutes walk from the City centre. Breakfast was very special, good choice of pastries, fruit etc and a bespoke eggs menu. The member of team in breakfast area (sorry, didn't catch his name) was so friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room (202) was just perfect ... huge comfortable bed, large walk-in shower and a well stocked mini bar (at unexpected, reasonable prices). Only gripe was the limited TV channels in English ... but hey, we're in Spain! Warm welcome upon arrival ... chilled Cava and seamless check-in. Didn't get to try the roof-top splash pool or sun area, will next time. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and the very special team that make it all work so well.

Summum Boutique Hotel is an exceptional property that combines refined elegance with warm hospitality. The building itself is stunning — a beautifully restored historic palace with tasteful, luxurious interiors. My room was elegant, quiet, and beautifully furnished, with premium amenities and thoughtful details. The staff were outstanding — professional, kind, and truly dedicated to creating a personalized experience. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and peaceful inner courtyard. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Palma’s historic center, shops, and fine dining. A truly special and memorable stay — perfect for those who appreciate boutique luxury.

Staff were amazing. wonderful location in noisy area of town but the hotel was an oasis, had a wonderful balcony with view over the square which was surprisingly quiet. Bed was good and the little restaurant downstairs useful & pleasant

The room furniture with the exception of the bed was a bit tired. A little small for a suite, for example no real desk area to work at, just a sofa and a wooden shelf that you could use if you brought in one of the chairs from the balcony. For the price, I want more. I guess you pay that price for the balcony and view but the ensuite 'Sitting room' was just a sofa and tv and cupboards. But I would stay there again because of the staff but I would like the rooms to be refreshed

Beautiful, spotless hotel in a historic building and a quiet location. Staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed or asked for. Super large, comfortable beds and meticulously kept rooms.

Our room had only small windows so it was not very well lit. We saw a lovely terrasse but it was not open for breakfast. The poolside deck has a capacity of 4 people so, with only one room allowed to book the area at a time, we could only book it for 1 consecutive hour a day (the hotel was full and demand was high). This was a shame because we came to Spain to enjoy the sun. Perhaps it is worthwhile to open the terrace and to allow 2 rooms to enjoy the poolside deck at a time.

Our stay was truly delightful, perfectly meeting the expectations one would have of 5-star accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff, in particular, were nothing short of exceptional—consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to assist made our experience all the more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better service and look forward to returning in the future.

While the walls were a bit thin, allowing some noise from other guests, and the balcony didn’t quite meet our expectations, the overall experience was still wonderful. The room was comfortable, the staff were exceptional, and the location was perfect—these more than made up for the minor drawbacks.

Our room with a terrace was lovely and well designed. Although the size of the actual room was quite small for two persons, the terrace absolutely made up for it. (And it helped of course that we had perfect weather!) It was wonderful to have this extra and outdoor space. We loved the decor and design of the entire place and enjoyed seeing the historical "before" photos of the complex. Very sensitively done renovations. The breakfast was nice and its setting is also a lovely place for an afternoon aperitif. The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to a return someday soon!

Everything was lovely, again the room size of the terrace room was a little small but the terrace is wonderful. Wish that the EQUUS restaurant would have been open at the time of our stay.

The hotel is absolutely exquisite, you could not fault it any way. From the welcome, beautiful room, amazing architecture, location, private rooftop pool, terrace bar, EVERYTHING was perfect and we will absolutely book again without hesitation. Ben and I work in aviation so stay in many hotels. This one is truly exceptional and they noticed it was my birthday during our stay so were treated to champagne in the room and a cake.. amazing touch! We were greeted by Laura who from the moment she introduced herself was a ray of absolute sunshine and a credit to the hotel team. She recommended 2 very good restaurants which we added to our reservation list! Every member of staff we encountered at the hotel was more than courteous and helpful, the service beyond a normal service. The location is perfect for exploring Palma and the rooms beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. Cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Laura and Summum team - Sarah and Ben

Absolutely nothing…

The location is great. Within walking distance from just about everything Palma has to offer. 2025 was my third year staying at the Summum Boutique Hotel. I'll be back, for sure. And once again I have to mention the hotel staff members, from management to room service, professional, friendly and ready to assist.

I really have no complaints.
