A map of the restaurant could have helped with what food was available at each counter. It would have saved people wandering amiously round the restaurant. I found that while I was on a starter, my husband was already on second course.

Excellent location, great staff, comfy rooms and plenty of parking space. Food was good, reasonable variety and proper spanish cuisine. Multiple restaurants and reasonable prices.

Coffee was not good. Needs improvement. For dinning and lunch, there was not water available for free: really bad practice (even if the prices were reasonable). Charge more other things, but put water.

The location of the hotel was perfect with the beach, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room and the hotel facilities were immaculately clean. A fabulous pool with plenty of sun beds. We stayed half board and couldn’t fault the food which was hot, plenty of choice and well presented.

It is genuinely difficult to find anything to be critical about.

Great location for the beach and bars. A gorgeous marina area to the left of the hotel along the well paved promenade. We were half board and the evening meal was good with a bistro part that cooked a range of fresh meat and fish to order. You weren't restricted to how many pieces either. Salad bar was good. Breakfast was also great with English and continental options available (including black pudding which is super rare) Room was lovely and we had a nice view of the pool. Beds comfortable with a small fridge provided and bottled water on arrival. The hotel bar provided the best mojito we could find. Off-site the beach sun beds were very reasonable at €4 each. I would definitely stay there again

If I had to pick anything it would be better if the bathroom had a complete closing door. We had an almost full glass swing door. But I'm literally being picky as it did not detract from our stay at all.

A very rude male bartender, that put us off going back to the piano bar for the rest of our stay! Made us feel like we really inconvenienced him and he let us know it by the tone and volume of his voice in front of other guests. Only let down of an overall amazing stay.

Close to beach, local facilities and a lovely central area with swimming pools, golf and food/bars . Also a good coffee bar. Good choice of food . Especially liked the dining room outdoor patio . Staff worked hard and were very helpful. We will definitely come back

Dining room was a bit cramped and noisy . Karaoke was too loud . An external disco called ‘Swing’ was dreadfully loud and noisy until 5.00am on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays . Bad news for young families and older people.

Variety of activities throughout week, lots of lounge chairs, good options for food and drink at all hours of the day, friendly staff.

Noise from work being done on the property (drilling, sanding machine).

Excellent location, very clean throughout, beautiful pool area. Comfortable beds.

Location and well maintained, staff are so lovely and friendly, good hotel for families and couples. And a separate vegetarian option area in the dining room.

Nothing, have been twice, 11 years apart, and would return again.
