- Really helpful and attentive staff. Special mention to the woman with purple hair! She is the best! - Housekeeper and maintenance very friendly. - Welcome almond snacks! Small details that make the difference. - The location is perfect, close to supermarkets, bars, shops, and party area. - We had a room with a balcony to the harbour view. Just wonderful! - The swimming pool area is great, sun until 6pm in September. Water is a bit cold but good to refresh! - The kitchen has some cuttlerly to make simple food, a small fridge, a microwave, and a welcome dish cleaning pack. It's really useful! Love the fact that the pan was not sticky! - Powerful airco and Internet. - Bed was with a hard mattress, which I especially love it. - The apartment size is good and clean.

- Other guests thought that they were alone at the hotel. I heard about the UK tourists' behaviour, but now I can say that they have 0 respect. Shouting, running, loud speakers in every balcony with different kinds of music, closing doors as if they weighted tons, speakers at night with the door open, etc. You need headphones with noise cancelling!! - I completely understand that the hotel doesn't invest any € in improving the installations. With these wild pigs as guests, they will destroy it in 1 night. - As a recommendation, maybe hire a bodyguard for the night shift and keep a bit under control of some behaviours.

As a Solo Traveller 29male i loved the location, The staff where amazing and always very happy the help. I had met a friend and the staff never told me i could not invite my friend up for a few drinks on the balcony before i would head out. Personally i didn't expect this hotel to be as chill and as good as it was and thank's to the staff they made thing's even better. Another top thing about this hotel is that its less than 10 second walk to Rio bar. (this is my 5th time in Ibiza 3rd in San Antonio and its been the best hotel for me being solo Traveller in San Antonio)

I came to Ibiza to party and relax the hotel was perfect for my expectation's will be returning, This time i will get seaview room.

Location is perfect, right by the marina and close to bars, restaurants and the beach. You can get to everything very easily. Good size room, has everything you could need - fridge, microwave kettle etc. good bathroom and shower, comfy bed. Good pool area with plenty of beds to chill. Balcony overlooked the harbour which was lovely. A bit noisy given the location so bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

The pool was just too cold and isn’t heated. I went in it twice and other than that just dipped my legs in. Really not much else I can think of, for less than £100 a night it was really, really great value and I would stay again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on the first night like aircon not working but they fixed it straight away the next day. Left me a birthday present and a cute little message when I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday! The pool had lovely views and so did the view from our balcony and the hotel in general was just in the perfect location

Noise from the cleaners but it’s to be expected in hotels, so there really wasn’t much to complain about

Amazing staff, super friendly, the ladies at the reception really made our life easier and thus made our entire our stay much comfortable. The property is very clean, towels got changed every day, we had a fridge, a balcony with sea view and pool view, with a table and two chairs, perfect for a brunch when it’s not too hot outside. Otherwise you can also use the table indoor. The elevator also very clean and fully functional. The beds are super comfortable, you don’t hear a lot of noise from outside and it’s pretty dark in the room. The receptionist offered a luggage storage area and fresh towels so that we can enjoy the pool for a few more hours before leaving to the airport. This made our last day very pleasant and stress-free. They were always there for questions of any kind. What I also liked is that the area is very nice, not too crazy, it’s close to the bus station and the port. I really enjoyed the stay.

I think it would be good to get some instructions on how to open and close the door, it took us some time to figure it out but of course, with the help if the wonderful receptionist, it got easier to understand.

Very good location - in 10 minutes walk from Cafe del Mar, cafe Mambo, central bus station. The room was big enough with a small kitchen area. Soundproofing could have been better. But we solved the problem with earplugs. Everything else was very good.

Soundproofing could have been better. You could hear the neighbors and the street noise, so the hotel staff could advise on the need for earplugs.

We were greeted with warm smiles by Lucia. Great location and great staff.
