Great location, easy to get around. Brand new interior, spotlessly clean. Rooms are small but serve our purpose of one night stay perfectly. Shower looks small but definitely got enough room for a comfortable hot shower. Very easy pre check in on internet.

Old town is fairly small so it’s not easy to park and no free parking. We got to temporally park at the entrance to load our luggage. But the suggested lower cost overnight parking is at the other side of the oldtown about 8-10 mins drive/ 15 minutes walk. There’s another underground paid parking next to the hotel that costs more, otherwise it’s very convenient.

The indoors was beautiful. Our room was spacious. The location was great--easy to go shopping, close to restaurants, and there was a bar/restaurant along the front of the hotel. Alfonso at the desk was so helpful, courteous, and seemed to enjoy his job. We plan on recommending your hotel to others we know. The price was right on!!

It was clean and close to the main attractions/restaurants

There is no air conditioning and the room gets very hot especially since there is no extractor fan in the bathroom. There was sometimes a smell in the bathroom which I think was as a result of this. If you have a late flight your luggage cannot be left here as reception is not attended in the evening. However, there is a sister hotel nearby that can be used instead. I’m

Staff are friendly and the property manager was very good to us. Very central location, walking distance from pretty much everything.

By chance we arrived their during the city’s fiestas and celebrations. The park beside us was loud; however the majority of the noise was blocked out due to the building’s noise isolation.

Pros: Clean rooms, very central location (6 minute walk to the cathedral), and incredibly nice staff. Thank you Alfonso!!!

Cons: A bit expensive compared to other options of a similar or superior calibre that were unfortunately already booked. A bit of a factory standardised vibe to the rooms. For that price (120 a night) they could make the rooms more cozy.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Clean and quiet. Host was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me when required.

The doubble room is very small and has nothing in the room but bed: bo chair to sit on, no soffa, no closet. I did not need any of these since I stayed for only one night.

Very well placed in the center of Santiago close to a Parking, the cathedral and a lot of restaurants and bars. The room was small, but had absolutely the most important.

No person in the reception when we came at 5pm. Confusing. No fridge in the room. The room seemed like being in a basement.

It was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. It was not far from the cathedral as well. It was also right along the Camino way. Also, the staff was very responsive to our request to access the room prior to the arranged check-in time.

We were on the side of the building facing the street. The blinds on our windows could not block out the light from the street lights.

Location and clean

Small room. We have to put our luggage’s on the floor or on the bed to get our things, no storage, no place to put toiletries in the shower area. They need to put shelving in the toilet and shower area and more storage so we don’t need to keep opening our luggage. Interact once when we are leaving in the front desk and help us get the taxi. One thin pillows, they should give two if so thin.

It was a great place to stay after the camino. It is close to everything. It was cleanand comfortable
