The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. The room was warm, and has a temperature regulator. The duvet was light but warm, and there were spare blankets. There was provision of basic toiletries and the room was cleaned daily. My room had a balcony and 2 sets of doors shutting out the light and outside noise. The breakfast was varied and filling- and there is long hours for breakfast up to 10.30 and 11.00 on the Sunday. ( though I missed baked beans, which are not a staple in Spain breakfast.) There was spa facilities which was enjoyable. It is 400m from the Cathedral. It is in a well lit busy area, with lots of bars and cafes and little shops/boutiques, with a pleasant ambience. Staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. They provided me a map at check in, and marked the important landmarks and places I would want to see or know about. I was allowed to extend my check out to 2pm at no extra cost. The Wi-Fi was strong.

The room has no iron and iron board- however was availed on request. The room has no provision for a hot drink, no kettle and tea making ingredients, so I had to go out for a tea or a coffee. My room was near the landing, so I would get disturbed by people leaving or arriving at all hours and/or the cleaning staff chatting in the corridors. On the Friday when my room was cleaned, no bottles of drinking water were provided/replenished. No facecloths/towels were provided, though 2 big towels and 2 smaller were provided.

Good location. Very big room/suite with separation for study table and sofa. Toilet was rromy and came with toiletries and has night light. There was also free dolce gusto pods and machine in room. Robe and bedroom slippers were very comfortable and bed was very warm and toasty during the cold April period. Staff spoke good English and was able to advise me on where to buy bus tickets to Sarria as well as timing. They were also very kind to hold my hardcase luggage until my return from the Camino.

Nothing actually, though it would have been perfect if bed is king size.

the staff was very friendly and professional . The hotel was even better than expected, the beds were very comfy, very quiet room, very clean, great material and quality throughout. a lot of effort is put into pleasing the customer, I loved it . Location couldn't be better in the heart of the city and yet very quiet room, didn't hear a thing . definitely recommend this one . The public car park was literally 2 minutes walk away , 15 euros for 24 hours

Nothing ! perfect stay .

The location was good. Close to plaza but not in plaza. More quiet. The room was big with the view of street. Bedding and towel good. The breakfast was better than expected since I read some bad review about the breakfast. They provided various protein, fruits and bread options. The building is quite old and the wood stairways are beautiful. It was a good stay! They provide water everyday.

The elevator was slow and small. The room cleaning can improve more especially on the floor. There was no outlet by the beds but it is an old building.

On arrival our transferred luggage was delivered to the room. Julio was very friendly and advised on many things. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I really welcomed the bath facility after completing the Camino walk. In particular breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered an excellent choice of cooked/ uncooked

The price of the room was high when compared with all other accomodation that Wehad stayed inthis week.

The location is amazing, right out in the center, it’s not too close to the cathedral, but other than that it wasn’t too bad. The staff were super friendly and was very helpful. It was a relaxing and rewarding experiencing after a long camino walk.

My friend and I thought it’s a little overpriced given that it doesn’t have a coffee machine, kettle in the room, no other facilities as well.

This location is easily accessible to get to the Cathedral and other places of interest. The front desk staff was helpful from the phone call I placed a week before I arrived, to our welcome, to their communication with our taxi driver when we left. The breakfast was filling and had good options. The room was comfortable. If I ever get to Spain again, I will, for sure, stay here!!

The location is perfect, just across the street from the old town and 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The room was comfortable and I was lucky enough to have the view to the street. The room is soundproof so there was no noise coming from outside. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times, I very much enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the old town is literally across the road. The property is in very good condition, very modern. Large room with bath and shower over the bath, although a non slip bathmat should be provided, as we found it very difficult and dangerous to enter and exit the bath, especially as you had to climb past the toilet and shower screen to enter and exit the bath. Bottled water was provided on the first day and that was it, more everyday would be better. Also, kettles in the room would have been appreciated. There is a small lift in the property. Breakfast was good lots to choose from, hot and cold. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.
