We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and felt that it felt rather tired this time. The reception staff were great, very helpful and happy to speak English. The lounge area looks lovely but we felt that the cleaning of the common areas could have been better. The bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms very good too. Pleasant breakfast room, very spacious and clean. Helpful staff in the breakfast room.

We thought that the breakfast was over priced at around 13€. The breakfast was fine but not a great selection compared to other places we have stayed. Cleaning could have been better. The staffing of the lounge bar was rather haphazard, we gave up trying to get a drink one evening!

Spotlessly Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, and a Spacious Lobby The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A big thank you and applause to the housekeeping señoras for their excellent work! The lobby is humongous, with plenty of space—you can even choose your own area to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, just a short drive or 15 minutes walk to the the aqueduct and Segovia old town.

Very large and well-appointed room with huge bathroom, comfortable reading chairs. Very good buffet breakfast.

Not a great choice unless you have arrived by car. The bus from the train station stops at the hotel. The bus into Segovia has a stop in front of the hotel, but coming back it stops some distance away. You might need Google Maps to figure out how to walk back to the hotel from the bus stop

Location to see the historic city is excellent. Not too busy. Very well organized and clean. Facilities and breakfast are good. Swimming pool is nice for late afternoon dip and some sunbathing. Staff is very kind and helpful. The bigger rooms are more an appartement with a lot of (working) space.

Breakfast is good but rather basic. Coffee machine does not give you the best coffee. The style of the hotel for me is a bit too traditional. The fence at the swimming pool is very old / outdated.

The hotel is elegant and tastefully decorated, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of the rooms – they were impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and the view was great.

The spa was a bit of a letdown. It’s quite small and doesn’t offer many options compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this level

this is a nice hotel and looks very glamorous

the location is a little out of town but is on a regular bus route. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room as I would have expected in this class of establishment. the outdoor pool was not open. the indoor pool was not accessible without additional payment and wearing of costume, flipflops and a swim cap which we did not have.

Very classy and clean. it was quite elegant. it is NOT close to downtown but the bus was 1 euro and picked you up right outside the hotel. I would stay again. the bar has great hamburgers. the staff were very friendly. Laura at the front desk and Cesar at the bar made out two nights wonderful. we did not use the restaurant for dinner as we were fine with the bar food. breakfast was a typical Spanish breakfast and was nice. the room was amazing. large and comfortable

I was very pleased. the carpet in the hallways need cleaned or replaced but that was the only thing I noticed.

Beautiful classic hotel with spacious rooms in a historic building with super friendly and service oriented staff, nice food and a lovely swimming pool and garden.

The location is the obvious downside. In addition it feels like it's a bit too old fashioned in some senses- getting a swimming pool towel requires cash deposit, there's no complimentary water bottle and coffee in the room or even complimentary water in the lobby.

This hotel is very well situated in well maintained grounds with good outside parking spaces. Although it is a little way from the city centre, there is an excellent local bus service providing quick & economical access to & from the city. After a good buffet breakfast in the spacious dining room, we were off to enjoy Segovia and its delights, before returning for a night cap in the comfortable lounge or garden and watch the sunset through the trees. Any questions? Ask the staff who are only too pleased to help and advise. Our room on the ground floor was very comfortable and spacious with the best laid out bath and shower room I have ever used. Luxury indeed!

Super hotel on the edge of the city. Ideal for arriving by car. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. The room was lovely, as was the hotel decor. It's about a 20 minute walk downhill to the historic centre. We came back to the hotel by taxi, which was only 7 euros. The breakfast was plentiful & we had our evening meal there too. That was delicious & very reasonably priced. All the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend
