Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the Valencia Old Town. Great location - literally a few steps from the Mercat Central, and only a few more steps from the cathedral and other architectural wonders and museums of Valencia. Max. ten minutes from bus stops or metro stations taking you wherever you need: from the incredible Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies, to wonderful long beaches, and vibrant neighbourhoods such as Russafa or El Cabanyal. The hotel is impeccably clean and well kept. And last, but absolutely not least - the people there, housekeeping, bar, reception desk - are all extremely helpful and nice with the wonderful Celia in the forefront.

The property was in a great location !! Easy walk from NORD and public transportation was also very easy to access from the hotel. Lots of things to do walking distance. Staff were SO KIND and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Jessica took the time to show us what there was to do around town and made sure we knew about the amenities the hotel included which was so nice to know as they gave us beach towels and umbrellas to borrow. The hotel was so clean and nice, the bed was also sooo comfy. Room we had was a bit small but everything else made up for that downside.

The hotel was in a very good place...you could walk to all the central places of interest. The hotel was clean and well equipped...great to see a fridge in the room. Lots of storage and the bathroom was super nice with a great shower. The staff were top notch and spoke English too and were more than helpful to all visiting. Communication by the hotel prior to arrival was good. The food provided was good and tasty. Breakfast was great every day with lots of choice. Probably could have done with an extra day in Valencia

Being able to drop our bags at hotel before parking car. There should be some arrangements for this for all the central hotels. Police are not tolerant at all even for someone with a disability! The only thing with the room was the need for more sockets as to charge our phones we needed to unplug the lamps lol

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, which really made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, but the only drawback was the lighting in the bathroom. It was a bit too dim, which made it a little inconvenient, especially when getting ready in the morning. Improving the lighting there would make a big difference. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d be happy to stay again. Just hoping for a brighter bathroom next time!

The staff was very friendly and they even called us before the trip to ask some final questions and also if we had any questions. We arrived early, before 10:00. Our luggage was put into a safe room and we could check in already but the room wasn't ready (check on starts at 14:00). At 11:00 our room was ready. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Enough options to choose from. The coffee in the morning is excellent. The waiter was also very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the old town near a lot of tourist spots and nice restaurants. I noticed they have multiple hotels and apartments under different names, the broader brand name is stayingValencia.

The hotel is located in an amazing location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything in the city center is a short walking distance, through the beautiful streets of Valencia. In the evening there’s street music, so we could hear artists playing the violin from our room. The room in itself exceeded our expectations, all required amenities were available, the bed was very comfy and the room was decorated modernly. The rooms come with AC that works perfectly for the hot months in Spain. The cleaning staff was very nice, cleaning our room daily and brining the amenities that we would finish, including refilling the water. The hotel has a cosy rooftop, that overlooks the city, surrounded by pretty buildings. Due to its great location, we’ve always felt safe around the hotel, even when returning at later hours. The staff was very friendly, helpful and overall kind. This will definitely be our choice again when visiting Valencia, could not have asked for more! Thank you!

The only downside to the hotel was the fact that we did not want to leave, everything was exactly what we would have hoped for. We did not encounter any issues, or problems with the accommodation, or staff.

Location was excellent, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in Valencia on at least 6 occasions usually staying at the Vincci Lys or once the Vincci Mercat, however, as this was for just one night with an early airport start we opted for something cheaper. On saying that I would very much consider staying at The Cosmo Boutique Hotel on future visits and using the savings for drinks and Tapas!! I can't speak highly enough about the staff, the level of communication surpassed the norm, they even used WhatsApp to provide pertinent information about Taxis and arrival options ato the hotel. I had broken my wrist while in Spain and on seeing my arm in a sling, asked if I would like an extra pillow dropped off in the room to elevate and support it at night.. SO THOUGHTFUL AND IMPRESSIVE. Due to 4:15 am departure we didn't try the breakfast. The room was smaller than we usually have, but given that this was a City break the room was just for sleeping and the location was Excellent this didn't bother us. The Bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything was great! We stayed for one night and were greeted with by a welcome drink and the friendliest receptionist we have ever encountered! I think his name was Toney and we can only say that we would want him as our receptionist at every hotel from now on please! The room + bathroom reminded you more of a 4s then the 3s that it is, plus the roof top gives you an amazing sight of the city!

Unfortunately I had caught a cold the day before, which meant I had a runny nose - and there were no paper tissues in the room which was disappointing, mostly for my nose ;) Also the wifi unfortunately didn’t quite work even though it did connect, both things that are just tiny remarks on an otherwise splendid stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Cosmo Hotel & Bar during our trip to Valencia for the marathon. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed to relax. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all major attractions and great dining options. The atmosphere at the bar was vibrant and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. We also highly recommend trying their lunch menu—it was absolutely fantastic, with fresh ingredients, creative dishes, and great value for money. We can’t recommend Cosmo Hotel & Bar enough and are already looking forward to returning there. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

I had a fantastic experience at the Cosmo Hotel & Bar. This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I had many activities planned for my four-day stay, and thanks to the hotel's convenient location, I felt very mobile and flexible. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts that I prebooked in advance: they were diverse, nutritious, and came with great coffee—definitely worth the price. The service was excellent; I received everything I needed in my room and even more. Coffee at the bar downstairs is free for hotel guests, which was a wonderful bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs, even accommodating specific arrangements, such as storing my luggage. The hotel also features a fantastic bar that serves food all day, and I highly recommend their lunch deal.
