Our stay at Vincci Palace was truly enjoyable. The hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with stylish interiors that make you feel at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Valencia, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh, and the staff were outstanding — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed.

The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more variety to the breakfast menu to make it even more enjoyable for guests staying multiple nights.

I've stayed here before during the Fallas festival - it is a fantastic location from which to see this incredible festival. Easy walking distance to so many of the attractions. Plus the Ofrenda and the Cabalgata del Fuego both take place right outside the hotel. If you have a balcony, you can see it all from there. Quick walk to the city centre for the mascleta. Very comfortable bed and room - there seemed to be a lot more space to spread out this time. Also, I had some very good meals in the dining room. Plus the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff both at reception and restaurant/bar. Answered all our questions, gave useful advices. Parking is a bit tricky, specific car dimensions for the "on-premises" parking. Otherwise an underground garage is a short 4 min walk away with a 16 euros rate for a day. Within minutes of walking from restaurants, shops and lively neighborhood. The location and neighbors were either not noisy, or noise proofing was done well because our room was very quiet. The room was very neat and clean, and so was the bathroom. Great bath products, felt cared for and pampered with tooth brush kits, comb and other toiletries packaged nicely. Slippers were comfortable, towels were fluffy and very clean. Nice light dimming technology adds coziness. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Some areas of the room could be updated, like worn off paint on some closets by entry, but it added more charm to the style and didn't bother us. Well stocked mini fridge, little "welcome" chocolates, received a complimentary bottle of water as well. We paid for a breakfast buffet which had good well presented options of protein and carbs, various juices, pastries and local delicacies. Supplies were refreshed timely. We enjoyed it. In general, I'd book here again and recommend it to others.

Well located hotel in the centre of the city, lovely furnishings and layout. Linen clean and good quality as were the towels, lush to come out of the shower into a thick fresh towel.

Noises were an issue throughout our 6 night stay, neighbour room walls are paper thin and we could hear the conversations had by other guests, unfortunately this was a high negative for us as we were working in conferences all day dreaming of a good night rest which was rather difficult when hearing doors closing, people walking by, conversations from our neighbour rooms... Other than this, the stay was superb, staff were fantastic and very willing at all times to help. We would return, but would request a quiet floor/room.

The hotel, featuring also on the modernista walk of Valencia, was superbly located (this is also where the Despertá starts with crowds throwing thousands of firecrackers to mark the beginning of the Fallas). Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was marvelous and room really comfortable.

Hotel garage is accessible through a lift in the side street and although my SUV was well within the measurements given by the hotel, I did not manage to get it into the lift as there was not a easy way/not enough space for my car to maneuver it inside the lift; also, I was on my own without anyone helping out. After having scratched the front fender on the garage door, and with impatient drivers lined up in their cars behind me, I abandoned the process and parked in a nearby car park.

I've stayed in this hotel before and it remains a very good hotel. However, not all rooms are identical. Last time I had a much larger room and also a larger bathroom. However, also this time I really liked my room. Located a short distance from the historic buildings in the old town: just 6 minutes from the central Plaza de la Reina. Quiet at night. I was very enthusiastic about the large breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient hotel staff.

I had booked for two nights not long before my arrival and wanted to book a third night on the spot. That was possible but the price was much higher. Apparently the price changes depending on whether more guests are expected in the hotel. Too bad, but that meant looking for another hotel ...

The room was spacious and clean, the bed and the pillow were very comfortable. Amazing location and beautifully decorated building.

The breakfast was not worth the 15€ we paid. Food was average and there was a menu on other tables and we saw cooked food arrive for other customers but we were only told about the buffet. I would understand if the other options were not included but the staff should have still informed us about making us do our choice.

Fantastic ladies at the reception - they were polite, friendly, helpful and understanding. Good cleaning: clean towels, toilet rolls and tissues were replenished on request. The air conditioning in the lobby and corridors was comfortably gentle - enough to keep you cool but not cold - a big plus! The air con vent in the room was well positioned. The was an electric kettle in the room :) The hotel itself was in a very good location - close to the sights, shops, busses and the underground. Despite this it was fairly quiet so you could have a good rest.

The only drawback was the size of the safe box, which was too small for a laptop and the fact that its contents got quite warm from the mini bar placed below it.

- The location of the hotel was very central and convenient; most of the major Valencia sights were within 10-20 minute walk. There were also many buses and subway stops close by, so it was easy to get around the city - The staff was friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and tried their best to help us resolve problems and empathise with our problems. - Long breakfast buffer hours from 7-11am, and good food and drink offering (variety of fruits, cold cuts, cheese, breads, yoghurt, and hot foods (eggs, bacon, sausage + 3 fresh fruit juices, and strong and good coffee) - Spacious lobby, where we could stay whilst waiting for our flight - Beautiful and historic old building and exterior - Comfortable room and bed

- Our bathroom had some wear and tear, and would benefit from upgrades. For example, when the guests in the room directly above us showered one night, we noticed that the light directly above our shower started leaking water. We notified the hotel staff immediately and they were quick to respond by temporarily sealing the leaking spot with silicon and offered to switch us to another room. The bathroom had a glassdoor, and we noticed a small crack in the glass at the bottom of the door, notified the hotel and suggested a repair down the road, since the crack could get bigger.

Location is fantastic for exploring cultural highlights and being close to restaurants and shops. Right on the street. Near the Cathedral and Turia gardens. Staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast had smoothies and fresh fruit as well as other choices . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel. The building itself is also off historical interest as Machado ( the poet) lived here and it was a cultural centre of women's groups in the 1930s Spotlessly clean , great housekeeping.and loved the soaps and Clarins body lotion.

Very little hanging space for clothes. Doors didn't open fully in wardrobe, which was a little tedious.
