We love the staff and check in process. They let us check in early, which made a big difference for our trip. We requested our two rooms be close together and they were right next door to each other! Loved seeing the cute dogs around the property. We also slept well. The pool area is great and the yacht rock playlist was on point.

People started snagging recliners by the pool super early. It would be nice to be able to reserve those for the day to reduce anxiety.

Very small and cute little retreat hotel. Nice getaway. Very clean and good size rooms. Location is right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs so you can get anywhere within walking distance. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was 10/10. Bathroom was great, great size and loved the modern touch to the whole room.

The pool was a big let down. They only have one pool. I would not recommend this as a couples retreat hotel. Too many kids, couldn’t enjoy some peace and quiet while i tanned. Wish they had more pools. Some of the pool chairs did have a lot of wear and tear. Pool did not look clean most of the time.

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of Downtown and we did not have to move the car at all since it was walking distance to all the main attractions. The pool was also great, hidden from the public and plenty of seating and music was enjoyable with different genres of music.

Nothing really, it had everything I could ask for in a hotel! If I had to mention one thing, it would be the tv programming. There was not a lot to watch on TV, but this is an extremely minor inconvenience and almost not worth mentioning.

Loved the location and the resort. Have stayed there several times. Always enjoy our stay. We used to live in Menifee, Calif. Now we live in AZ. and will drive to stay at the Palm Mountain always!

The only thing that can be changed is the shower head in the bathroom and install a hand held shower head that's adjustable for all heights of people. Do not like the rain shower head. Totally does not work for a shower.

As we arrived we realized that our rooms weren’t together but the receptionist there at the time (Tiffanie) was awesome! Without any hesitation she said let me help out and looked for a great solution. One of our rooms was upgraded to be at least in the same building as the other room. That was a nice fix! Thank you Tiffanie, you’re awesome! Our rooms were roomy, nice, clean and with pool views. Also location is great! Right in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. We love Palm Mountain resort & spa.

At the end of a long drive on a very hot day it was great to be met by friendly helpful staff who got us checked-in easy (and a similar experience on the way out). The hotel is very central if you want to explore Palm Springs on foot. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It's great that the hotel has a pool, but remember pools mean families and children. That's not a problem per se - just something to be aware of if you're thinking about chilling by the pool (so, not much of a problem really)

Will definitely book again. This resort has such a beautiful view of the mountain and is central to Downtown, so many shops and places to eat just a walk away. The receptionist that checked us in could not have been more kind and accommodating! And I believe his name was Israel. We did run into a bit of an issue with the room we got at first as when we booked it on a third-party site it didn't show us examples of the view or what the Garden or Pool view was, and we were hoping to get a room close to the pool. However, Israel made the switch for us all with a smile and an amazing attitude. The rest of our stay went very well. We enjoyed the pool a lot. During this time, the heat is scorching hot, but the pool's temperature was very cool, there's plenty of space to lounge by the pool side as well. It was a very good time. There's a gym and a Spa here as well but due to the duration of our stay, I couldn't take advantage of either but next time I definitely will. Another thing I liked was that in the lobby by the front desk they have a nice little mini mart with drinks, snacks and food, which came in handy and was very convenient. For the rooms, they're stocked with a fridge and a microwave which was a great thing for us. I had no problem with the shower, or amenities.

The only thing I would say I would have wished was different was the mattress, but this is just based on my preference, I wouldn't say this is a dealbreaker for me! I felt the mattress was very firm, and it was something to get used to on the first night. But other than that I still enjoyed it here, this is my second time visiting Palm Springs and my first time at this hotel but Palm Mountain Resort is already my go-to. Thank you for a great stay! (I am excited for the remodels I've been hearing about too)

This hotel is in a great location with beautiful grounds and poll area. The rooms were recently updated which was a very nice touch. The bathrooms may have been slightly updated but still lack high end quality. You don’t get cleaning each day so be aware, we ran out of TP and had to go to the front desk for some. As I said this hotel is in a great location and the convenience and price are second to none. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Bathrooms could be nicer.

Clean rooms with easy access to the street but lots of privacy with keycard-locked gates and fences. The pool is decently sized and really deep on the far end (9 feet) which is great for swimmers. I stayed there on Labor Day weekend (peak travel time) and it did not feel crowded or excessively busy. The location is really great for walking around the strip for shopping and partying.

Room furnishings feel a bit old. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless otherwise requested. The ice machine in our section of the building was not working during our stay, so we had to trek to the other one whenever we wanted ice.

Grounds and pool very nice. Walking distance to so much downtown entertainment. Room was comfortable and having door/patio doors opened created a nice breezy spot to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful, and picked us up/dropped us off at airport. Even held our bags at no fee on check out day with late flight. Loved the small market in the lobby for coffee, tea and snacks too! Will be back

Since housecleaning only came every couple of days, room needed more hooks and racks to dry towels for reuse.
