We love the staff and check in process. They let us check in early, which made a big difference for our trip. We requested our two rooms be close together and they were right next door to each other! Loved seeing the cute dogs around the property. We also slept well. The pool area is great and the yacht rock playlist was on point.

People started snagging recliners by the pool super early. It would be nice to be able to reserve those for the day to reduce anxiety.

Will definitely book again. This resort has such a beautiful view of the mountain and is central to Downtown, so many shops and places to eat just a walk away. The receptionist that checked us in could not have been more kind and accommodating! And I believe his name was Israel. We did run into a bit of an issue with the room we got at first as when we booked it on a third-party site it didn't show us examples of the view or what the Garden or Pool view was, and we were hoping to get a room close to the pool. However, Israel made the switch for us all with a smile and an amazing attitude. The rest of our stay went very well. We enjoyed the pool a lot. During this time, the heat is scorching hot, but the pool's temperature was very cool, there's plenty of space to lounge by the pool side as well. It was a very good time. There's a gym and a Spa here as well but due to the duration of our stay, I couldn't take advantage of either but next time I definitely will. Another thing I liked was that in the lobby by the front desk they have a nice little mini mart with drinks, snacks and food, which came in handy and was very convenient. For the rooms, they're stocked with a fridge and a microwave which was a great thing for us. I had no problem with the shower, or amenities.

The only thing I would say I would have wished was different was the mattress, but this is just based on my preference, I wouldn't say this is a dealbreaker for me! I felt the mattress was very firm, and it was something to get used to on the first night. But other than that I still enjoyed it here, this is my second time visiting Palm Springs and my first time at this hotel but Palm Mountain Resort is already my go-to. Thank you for a great stay! (I am excited for the remodels I've been hearing about too)

This hotel is in a great location with beautiful grounds and poll area. The rooms were recently updated which was a very nice touch. The bathrooms may have been slightly updated but still lack high end quality. You don’t get cleaning each day so be aware, we ran out of TP and had to go to the front desk for some. As I said this hotel is in a great location and the convenience and price are second to none. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Bathrooms could be nicer.

Clean rooms with easy access to the street but lots of privacy with keycard-locked gates and fences. The pool is decently sized and really deep on the far end (9 feet) which is great for swimmers. I stayed there on Labor Day weekend (peak travel time) and it did not feel crowded or excessively busy. The location is really great for walking around the strip for shopping and partying.

Room furnishings feel a bit old. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless otherwise requested. The ice machine in our section of the building was not working during our stay, so we had to trek to the other one whenever we wanted ice.

Grounds and pool very nice. Walking distance to so much downtown entertainment. Room was comfortable and having door/patio doors opened created a nice breezy spot to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful, and picked us up/dropped us off at airport. Even held our bags at no fee on check out day with late flight. Loved the small market in the lobby for coffee, tea and snacks too! Will be back

Since housecleaning only came every couple of days, room needed more hooks and racks to dry towels for reuse.

The front desk lady, Jane, was great. Had a great personality and accommodated us with a smile. You are going through a reconstruction and the room smelled like the tar used on roof. She changed our room immediately. The hotel is close to the downtown. No need to drive.

If I could just ask for one thing, please have different kinds of pillows. Or at least, have a few in the back office. I like stiffer pillows, but my neck is fine. However, my wife's neck is soar now. We asked at front desk, but he said you only have one kind of pillow.

The front lobby was nice and the staff was friendly! Our room was clean and was very spacious. The hotel location was great, we easily walked down the main strip and shopped around and had food and drinks. Overall we had a great stay there!

If I am getting picky, I would say the only thing I did not like was that our outdoor patio that was connected to our room was practically just in the parking lot, so it was not really anywhere we wanted to hangout. Also the blinds did not shut completely so the street light in the parking lot shined through straight to my bed all night, so I had to lay on my side and try to block the light with my other pillow.

The hotel was in a great location, had a nice pool, offered bikes and the staff were friendly.

Our room would have to be one of the worst in the hotel, stuck in a corner by an elevator and cleaning and mtce. It was dark, and certainly was not anything like the pictures portrayed. It was at street level and the noise from the road and cleaning staff were persistent. We were in room # 109, in my opinion compared to other guest rooms our rate should have been 50% of regular rate given the sub par room we were in. Bathroom was tiny and dingy.

Check-in process was really smooth and the receptionist was great to deal with. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the pool was great. Parking being included was a major plus. There is a nice market in the hotel to grab essentials from. The location cannot be beaten - a short walk to the center of Palm Springs beside great restaurants and bars.

The furniture is a bit outdated and the air con/heat makes a lot of noise during the night.

I like the facility is pretty, the rooms need to match up the lobby n face of hotel. Also love that we'll behave pets are welcome. And parking is convenient as well as the location.

Well our room had droplets of blood on floor,, I did not report it. We just left it, also pillows are so hard they gave me a neck pain, we did not use the pool due to no showers nor bathrooms near or pool area, ppl were in pool n never come out. I think that if pool area gets a bathroom n showers you would be top notch.
