The hotel had comfortable beds, a clean room, decent breakfast with lots of choices, well lit at night, convenient to many places. We appreciated that your hotel was dog friendly.

All but one of the staff were friendly and helpful. One of your front desk clerks came out from the back room coughing so hard his face was red. I was concerned he could have covid or the flu. I said something to him, and he relayed that he tried to call in sick, but his supervisor made him come in. If this is true, his supervisor should be reprimanded. To make things worse, he wasn't even wearing a mask. I found this very thoughtless and unprofessional. If I come down with covid, you will hear from me again.

All rooms are balcony rooms, and it's great to be able to open your sliding glass door for extra air and to sit out on your balcony with a glass of wine at the end of the day. with nice views to look at. I loved the breakfast option with both hot and cold breakfast items. My room was nicely appointed with a microwave and fridge & lots of closet and drawer space. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Madonna Plaza is directly across the street with lots of food & shopping options, & I appreciated having a Ralphs Supermarket.

I had no complaints about this hotel and would stay there again.

I like the easy accessibility I loved the cleanliness and the comfort and amenities as well as the fridge and microwave and coffee everything was very pleasant and had everything you could need. I loved that the hot tub was open and the fire pit was also a wonderful experience. Even the breakfast was amazing and over the top Rosalina was so pleasant and super sweet and caring.

I think our only complain was the beds were a little stiff but just used to our foam mattress at home, the pillows were comfy though.

I had a newly renovated room that was (or will be ) an excellent and ultra modern space. All was brand new and comfortable. There were two or three things they need to finish but, in general, nice place.

More than half of the hotel was boarded up because the renovation seems to have only begun. The real problem is finding the place. It's between the freeway and the back of a shopping center... I had to circle several times to find it.

The facility was clean from the outside, and the lobby was welcoming with places to sit in the lobby enjoying refreshments including a place to gather do some work on your laptop. Our room was clean.

However, the small refrigerator did not work. We checked the plug and tried a few other things with no luck. The sheets are too rough, higher thread count would help and change the detergent because it leaves a smell that reminds me of the hospital smell.

Super clean rooms and facilities. They allowed us a late checkout when our plans changed. We loved that it was dog friendly and a totally reasonable $30 charge for up to two dogs. Breakfast was ok, pool was great and there is a great park for walking the dogs just past the Chinese restaurant next door

We were told we could checkout at 1 pm but housekeeping opened the door at 12:30 while my fiancé was still getting dressed

The dog area was disgusting. I have a guide dog in training and left immediately trash container and bags should be near entrance to encourage folks to pick up after animals and a good raking and perhaps mulch. Noticed that you charge a sizable fee for regular dogs and appreciate consideration for my pup, but a quick clean up should be considered.

Comfortable and convenient for our needs. We enjoyed the nice breakfasts.

My fault- not the hotels... but I missed a step on the stairwell coming down to breakfast on the last day and sprained my ankle. The staff in the breakfast room, however, was GREAT and got ice for me to bring down the swelling. Guess next time I will request a ground level room.

The room was nice and big and amenities were good. There is no elevator so be sure you know that before you book.

There is no elevator and there are 4 floors. There is a ramp that reaches floors two and three but stairs only for floor 4. Seniors need to request the lower floors when booking.

The check in procedure was unnecessarily lengthy. I have been traveling a lot recently and have stayed in numerous motels. With a previously made reservation, I present my ID and credit card, I am handed the keys and we are done. Management needs to address this situation.
