We booked this room literally in the last minute when our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Doubletree provided us a clean and comfortable room and wonderful service. All the staff were professional and helpful. The front desk staff was welcoming and caring, the restaurant staff were very accommodating and the food was delicious.. The shuttle service and bell hop provided outstanding assistance getting us to and from the airport .

There was not anything that I didn’t like .

The location to visiting my son barried at Arlington cemetery and also location to monuments is really close

I like to take walks in the evening around the block and I found 3 dead rats on Hotel property with nasty flies on it. I told one of the staff about them because other guests would be seeing them and on my last of my 3 days the rats still had not been cleaned up.

Good facilities, friendly staff, easy access.

I made enquiries re Shuttles fro Dulles airport and was advised these were not available but I did not get information that the Shutte was available from Regan although it is advertised in your web-I though one step more like, 'not available but a shuttle from Hilton Hotels regularly calls at arrivals at a special shuttle stop point' would have been handy. I have stayed at other Hilton Double Tree sites, US and Australia, and found the chain always value and the cookie is always apprectable.

The staff were amazing. Had some difficulty with the parking since we’re moving states and had a 5’ x 8’ uhaul trailer with us but the security helped us find a nice and safe parking spot to ensure our uhaul’s safety. everyone was super nice, even the concierge was extremely helpful in showing is where the metro was. All in all a great experience! the hotel also was like 2 blocks away from the metro so that made commuting to explore washington dc very easy.

All information regarding entry into the main entrance, the parking garage were omitted upon booking the room. Clarification about using the key card upon checking out was not fully explained as well. The signs in the hotel are misleading as well. There is a sign in the lower lobby stating that there is a swimming pool on the 14 the floor, and this pool does not exist. Things need to be explained in greater detail for new guests.

I absolutely loved the facility. Its beautiful with gorgeous views from the balcony.

I was contacted the morning of the reservation saying I needed to pay on the spot or my reservation would have to be canceled. I was not prepared due to packing and getting my child settled before my departure. Very inconvenient seeing as though my reservation said pay upon arrival. The representative Marcus said he was the supervisor and was rude and not understanding. I would have also liked the option of getting an additional blanket for my stay. I was told that was not doable.

The staff are very friendly, we like the area and that it has onsite parking available, for $45 a night, which is very reasonable for DC.

It’s not that we didn’t like, it’s just starting to show some wear and tear in the rooms and the “sidewalks” around the carport area out to the street needs an overhaul. It’s very narrow and uneven.

Loved the linens and the bathroom. I had a King Suite that separates the living area from the bedroom. Would be great for a vacation. Great location, though. Minutes from the Airport.

Going from the lower lobby to the upper lobby to check in. It was somewhat annoying that the shuttle does not start until 5. I had a 6 o'clock flight.

Location was superb, just outside the pentagon. Staff was very sweet and helpful 😊. They give you bottles of water once you check in and fresh biscuits which were delicious. Room was very clean, had AC, mini frigde, hairdryer bathshop Shampoo etc etc....

Didn't like the late Check in - 4pm. If you request an early Check-in, they will charge you $30, even for 1 hour early which is pricey for nothing.

Room had nice views of the DC skyline, including the Capitol building & Washington monument. It was very easy to get Downtown as Pentagon City metro station is only around a five minute walk from the hotel, and it's 2 stops to get into DC. The hotel is in a nice walkable area with lots of coffee shops/restaurants and the Pentagon City mall a short walk away.

The breakfast was fine but nothing special. If you like your coffee strong, you might want to get one elsewhere.
