room was comfortable, and had a good working table and light. Plenty of daylight too. Breakfast restaurant decoration was very nice.

Room lighting system doesn't work properly. Staff are not trained to accommodate business travellers on short schedules or high demands... Too strict about kitchen closing times at 9:55am (and never stayed in a hotel where you cannot be seated for 2 hours between Breakfast and lunch because the "kitchen is closed." Same for the bar food. No provisions made to prioritize hotel guests over general public either. Seems like there are alot of small but important service standards that require upgrading. Staff should always do their best to accommodate, not do their best to send you away.

Perfect location, staff were kind and great.

We stayed in a Skyline Junior Suite which I thought was good value for London. The staff were excellent. The lighting system in the room was easy to use (not always the case). And whilst the bathroom had a sliding glass door to the bedroom, there was also a curtain which could be pulled to block the bathroom light from the bed area. I liked the filtered water tap which meant you had as much water as you wanted without the need for lots of plastic bottles.

The only beef I had was that the toilet which was separated from the basin area by a glass door (good) should have had frosted glass at least part way up - I mean who wants so see someone sat on the loo whilst they are at the washbasin? I really think they should do something about this. A clothes steamer in the room would have been appreciated, this is usually a lot quicker and easier to use than an iron and ironing board, better for refreshing packed clothes and takes up less space!

It was just an amazing atmosphere and the building was just stunning. The room, the walls, the decor was themed so well and the finish was marvellous. The waiters and the porters awaited at the door everyday, welcoming you back into the hotel, and the front desk and concierge were so helpful and brilliant in providing us a fantastic stay. The sustainable theme of nature and plants was such a matching backdrop for the hotel and the rooms and everything in between. It was cosy but it felt modern as well and the room design was brilliant. Having a restaurant and cafe in the lobby and the plants and greenery all around, it really isn’t something you should miss. The location was even better than the hotel itself. Located I think 30seconds walk from Green Park station, connecting 3 important tube lines, it is so accessible and easy for travelers and for work. Everything about the place was beautiful and it was a memory that would stay with you forever. Coming to London and having the best time of your life, would not be possible without 1 Hotel Mayfair, and the comfort of return to a home every night, it really was magical. Thank you to all the crew, porters and staff for the stay, it was an experience that none other could match.

The friendliness and politeness of all the staff were impressive, especially Mickey, the doorman, who welcomed us and was always receptive and kind! The hotel provides its own car for short trips, Brian the driver was amazing! Roxane, Daniel and Lamar also impressed us with the care they treated us! the accommodation was wonderful from beginning to end, incredible design, everything clean, exclusive room amenities, impeccable operation and services, oh and wonderful breakfast! We can say that Mickey was the man! He made our stay unforgettable and will be missed! Such an experience!

Room excellent though the bathroom was small. Bed was very comfortable indeed.

Breakfast excellent but exorbitantly priced. The coffee at least could have been gates! The restaurant was good (prices quite high). My wife's main course was not satisfactory but it was replaced without any fuss and at no charge. Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff here.

Overall, I had a great experience and found many aspects to be quite enjoyable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a good night's sleep every night!

I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. The Wi-Fi in my room was unfortunately quite unreliable. It was slow and often disconnected, which made it difficult for me to stay connected and get in touch. Additionally, I had requested connecting rooms a month in advance, but unfortunately, we did not receive them during our stay. This was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to have our rooms connected for convenience.

Eco friendly and the filtered water tap is very unique. Whole design approach of the hotel really feels they aiming to stay eco friendly, from the big bottles can’t take away toiletries to recyclable slippers, to order only breakfast which I think save a lot of waste and guarantees food is freshly made. Lots of staff so service is prompt.

AC wasn’t working, turns out it was malfunctioning. it took a few hours to work out if I had to move rooms or if the AC will be fixed so I can sleep in same room and it was late. Good thing is hotel worked out reasonable compensations for the issue and rest of my stay I had proper AC

This is definitely a boutique hotel - not very large but has SUCH charm. Everything is charming and cozy from the decor, amenities, bar and restaurant. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Mayfair. The best part of the entire stay are the attentive staff who treat you like family. They treated my husband and I who were celebrating an anniversary so kindly with many surprises and nice touches throughout our stay. We appreciated the effort so much.
