I stayed with a group of friends celebrating a special birthday. When we arrived the staff on shift went above and beyond for us ensuring the birthday was celebrated in style. The rooms were cosy and I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time. Breakfast was super tasty and a large variety to choose from. I will not hesitate to make Lincoln Plaza my hotel of choice when visiting the city. Thank you to everyone at LP for making our stay fabulous!!

The fact we had soecifically requested to use the pool a week or so before arriving to then arrive and it is closed. Whilst the staff would have known this

I had a fantastic five-night business stay at Lincoln Plaza Hotel London. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—professional, warm, and attentive. The room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and stylish lounge areas. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. I have to mention the outstanding head chef and his team (best breakfast I have had in London). The location was ideal for business travellers, with easy access to Canary Wharf and transport links.

If I had to mention one minor downside, the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster at peak times, and the room's lighting could have had a better ambiance in the evening. However, these were small issues that didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The staff were amazing! We went for a birthday and got treat like royalty. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice from smoked salmon, Greek yogurt, fruit and full English, I had a steam and sauna on the morning it was so relaxing!

Amazing hotel. Perfectly located, with easy access to public transport and a variety of activities and entertainment. The hotel itself is beautiful and so clean. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Would 100% recommend and will be back to stay again.,

My brother and I stayed at Lincoln Plaza to celebrate his birthday and enjoy time around Canary Wharf. The hotel is stylish and cozy, with amazing views of the tall buildings nearby. The room was quiet, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was a dream – super comfortable with soft bedding that made it easy to fall asleep in seconds. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The pool is a bit tricky to get to since it’s in the basement, but it wasn’t an issue , in hot days it is very nice bonus to cool down. The location is perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Bar at the hotel a bit pricey…

It was a beautiful modern hotel with excellent facilities Breakfast was superb Staff were so friendly and accommodating nothing was too much. I booked this hotel for the pool but never got to use it as we didn't have time but it looked very inviting. We got a river cruise to Greenwich from Westminister Pier then walked 25 mins to the hotel, our choice, which was easy to find. Actually walked through a pedestrian tunnel under the Thames albeit the lift wasn't working on both sides to get to it and out , quite a few steps..... Good thing this way you see a few restaurants and bars along the river. Would go back can't fault the hotel for my daughter and I as we were going to see Abba Voyage 5 mins walk to Southquay DLR and plenty of buses also. Tesco express around the corner for bits., open late.

Can't complain about anything

The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in years! Quite an assortment and everything was tasty. The gym is huge and the pool and sauna area were quite nice.

The location of the hotel wasn’t my cup of tea. Wouldn’t want to go out there on my own at dark. The whirlpool could have been a tick warmer Please install towel hooks. It was a double room and only one hook in the shower area and none at the sink location. The most important thing though that upon sign in I was told there would be a 10GBP charge per night for damages and it would be returned after my stay if all was in order. The paperwork however said 50GBP per night! This was not mentioned when I booked. The team waived costs for me in the end.

Breakfast - amazing!! fresh, great quality and choice. Shout out to lovely lady in the kitchen who made my omelette and served the pancakes, she was so attentive and happy and couldn't do enough to assist (and made an amazing omelette) Room - Excellent quality, none of the usual shabbiness found on closer inspection in some nice hotels. Very well maintained. Great sized rooms and very comfortable bed.

Pool/gym facility was great and very well maintained/clean, but the actual pool tiles would benefit from a good clean. Would have appreciated having 2 packs of biscuits and 2 of each of the coffee ranges in the room considering the room was a double. Only 1 of us could have the decaff coffee pod and only 1 pack of biscuits to share (only a small criticism)

All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Always happy to help. The room we stayed in was the perfect size for 2, based on a 2 nights stay. We also had a great view (Room 811 on the 8th floor). The shower pressure was divine. The bed was super comfy. Especially the lounge chair near the window. In the morning, the breakfast variety was outstanding, and fluid choice was brilliant. The dining area was ever so clean, and the waitress was incredible, always ensuring the tables were clear. Fabulous!! We used the pool area once, and this was clear and tidy. We had such a pure blissful weekend stay here, and we will definitely be returning. Huge thank you to housekeeping for providing extra wash bottles. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and welcoming.

(This is not a complaint, and we advised reception to get this resolved - as could result in someone becoming stuck in the shower). It wasn't a huge issue for us. However, the shower door in our room was extremely hard to open and then close properly to ensure the water didn't leak out. [We mentioned this to reception on check out. Who mentioned they will get maintenance to have a look]. The shower bottles on the wall had not been refilled before our attendance (no conditioner and low on shower wash). However, this was resolved straight away, and housekeeping provided the room with some bottles. Forgot to mention, the pool was a little too cold but manageable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
