Excellent stay. Ideal location when going to Chelsea Flower show and for city break

Not a complaint just personal choice & suggestion. Hairdryer was old style attached to wall in bathroom. Sign on bathroom door saying to keep it closed as steam can trigger smoke alarms. As there was no window in bathroom. It's not ideal, cupboard like when drying hair, steamy. Easily solved though as I purchased a small travel one in Boots short walk away. Had I known the set up I'd have taken own with me. I just assumed like most places, h'dryer in main bedroom drawer etc. Apart from that great stay, lovely staff, would def return.

This hotel is in an excellent location very close to Earls Court Station. There was a great variety of eateries and shops just around the corner. Our room was small but clean and tidy and was easy to access by the stairs or the elevator. The free WIFI was good. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to the day. There was a choice of cereal, toast, croissants, tea, coffee and juice. Although this hotel is a little worn and needs some attention, I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the teeny tiny bathroom. The toilet was so close to the basin that a larger person or a lady with larger breasts would be touching the basin and this would be quite uncomfortable on a chilly morning. 😳 It was easier to sit sideways. The toilet seat hinge was broken and the lid would fall down and hit you in the back whilst using the toilet. The television in our room didn't work, this normally wouldn't bother us but it was the International Soccer Championship that weekend so we couldn't watch the game.

This is a family run hotel…that made it more friendlier. The location of this hotel was second to none. It was literally 2 minutes from Earls Court tube station. Then, 3 houses down the street was the main road which had all the fast food outlets a supermarket and a chemist right next to the hotel. There wasn’t a kettle in the room. However, the management overcame this by allowing you tea/coffee all day free from the dining room….there were facilities to make it yourself. Finally, there was a fan in the room! MAGIC! The street was obviously for the wealthy and was kept clean.

I stayed here last year and all was very good. Food, bed, staff, cleanliness.

Bed, lumpy mattress. Wind blowing curtains although window shut making room cold and radiator not working. Huge antique dressing table covering the only sockets for charging items.

The breakfast was exactly as described and when I ordered the scrambled eggs as an extra there was a plateful, very tasty and well cooked. The lift worked as I am late 70s and room on 4th floor. Staff very helpful and happy. Safe, fridge and fan good additions. The Secret Garden a big bonus for summer guests.

Decor of a bygone luxury time and OK with me but not for all. The cracked tiles might be a trip hazard to someone of my age. No tea/coffee making facility a slight nuisance.

Amazing location, high street & tunes very close, lovely property. Slightly dated however no issue for us. Booked again for April.

It’s dated in places but everything worked however lack of plug sockets in rooms but not end of world, room was hot but was July when we stayed & there was a fan, & road noisey outside but it’s London…equally close a window maybe. We loved our little room done us fine for weekend.

I really satisfied while staying at My Place Hotel, room, breakfast, staff, especially front desk staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, location of the hotel and surrounding of the hotel all are really very excellent.

Everything is excellent. I found nothing, for which I could say that I did not like that.

Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful. The bedrooms were tidy, well kept, and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, food selection for breakfast was good . Overall, I was very pleased with the Hotel.

I had a little difficulty using the shower, as the it would take a few seconds to get the tap plunger down and the water coming out of the shower head properly. There was also no shower gel, just shampoo and conditioner, so I used soap.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The outdoor courtyard looked wonderful. I can imagine it would be a good place to be when the weather warms up. I was able to work a few days while there for a week. The wi-fi was essential and readily available. It is nice to have 24 hour front-desk coverage. Although close to and facing towards Earl's Court Street it was surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Great proximity to Earl's Court Tube Station. I don't require much fuss so they left me alone as I hung the "do not disturb" notice on the door knob as I worked and played.

The furnishings and surface materials used in the rooms could use an upgrade but were clean. The toilet access was tight. The pedestal sink in my room should be replaced with a narrower wall mounted sink so as to not take up so much space. The sink was chipped but functional.

Location is great, rooms are functional and overall clean, fans were welcome in the heat, we didn’t spend too long in the room other than to sleep and shower and leave the next day, it’s basic and functional and what you expect for the price.

The plastic mattress protectors are horrible, they rustle every time you move and make you sweat horribly in the night, I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere with plastic mattress protectors before but it was nasty. Lift is slow, shower curtains could be updated to white rather than brown
