The Oxford Hotel is very well located close to Earl's Court tube station with easy access to the centre of London. I had read some bad reviews online prior to our visit, however, we had an excellent experience. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant and looked after us very well. Although the room was compact, which you expect in any large city, it was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was beautiful each morning with a wide range of continental and cooked options. We would certainly consider this hotel again for future visits to London.

Hotel is located in a very quiet street; with a subway station at no more than 2 minutes walk. Decent options for a quick bite right around the corner. Room was quite modern, extremely comfortable bed and the AC was a blessing in the hot 30+ Celcius week i was in London.

It didn't impact my stay at the hotel; but when i checked in i was told the elevator didn't work. Luckily i was on the 1st floor and i just had a backpack. But when checking out, saw a poor woman who had to drag a large suitcase down tons of staircases due to the lack of an elevator. So, yeah hopefully that's fixed.

Great location.. lots of shops and eating options.. good base to explore central London. Perfect for Heathrow.. £2/3 ticket on the Piccadilly Line straight to Earls Court.. and quicker than the Heathrow Express/Elizabeth Lines. Lift access right up to the main exit (for luggage).. follow the signs. Really beautifully presented room. Great water pressure, strong and consistent Wi-Fi. Very comfortable bed, good noise proofing etc. I usually avoid these London ‘Hotels once Houses’.. but this one is beautifully executed. Quirky, interesting.. but comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location only 5 mins walk from Earls Court underground. Recently refurbished room to a high standard. Great facilities including safety deposit box and fridge. Two complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. Comfortable twin beds in a good sized room … very spacious.

Check in/out was at a property next door with no interior access. Lift was out of order throughout our stay. Bath towels were a little “tired”.

The location is truly perfect, our room was modern and renovated and big enough (had twin bed rooms). The wifi worked well, the beds were soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room- and this is big. Everything necessary was there, clean and worked. We also loved that it was cleaned and updated daily, so we came back to a fresh room everyday. There was no bad smell, it always smelled fresh. Would definitely book again, it could be impossible to find a room in London that has this quality for this affordable price.

The floors were not cleaned well, we couldnt lock the window, which made us feel a little unsafe as women. On the second night we unfortunatelly had to listen the upstairs neighbors getting intimate.. it was really bothersome. These walls here are soo thin. Please be considerate and look for a hotel that is sound proof.

Location - by tube, bus stops, restaurants and food shops- M&S end of road, COOP. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Lift in our block out of order, engineer called out. Only 1 night so not an issue.

Did not like the basement room as noisy out the back with guys in a shed building . Busy room above me so was not quite either . People noisy above me .

Room was modern and clean. Staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small, we didn't mind but something to be aware of. I personally liked the touch of the biscuits and water that was replaced each day. My only complaint was we asked for ice and they weren't able to provide any due to the ice machine being broken but these things happen and it certainly didn't ruin my stay by any means. I would happily stay here again and recommend to a friend. Location was fantastic, so close to the underground which seemed to be accessible to a lot of areas (at least where we travelled to). They had super easy buttons you could use for lighting, heating and DND/Clean room. It made it much easier to have these all in one place and sometimes heating can be a nightmare in rooms but this was so straightforward.

There was no ice available and the rooms are on the small side but I still enjoyed the stay and would recommend to a friend. No plugs by the bedsides (although they do have USBs, sadly I had a USBC) but again, the room is small so the desk wasn't too far away to keep my phone on. If you have longer hair, take conditioner at least. They offer body lotion, shower gel, and a combined shampoo/conditioner. To be honest, I wish I had taken my own shampoo too. They don't have face cloths.

We love the size of the room and we can opened up our 2 luggages. . The room seems to be newly renovated and the room is in pristine condition. Comfortable bathroom size too.i was initially worried that my room is on the lower ground floor but the staff assured me that it is the best room despite it just next to the elevator. I love the room and would highly recommend it

There is a big window. However , As our room is on the lower ground floor, we can see people walking past . We are ok with it as there is both the daylight and night curtain otherwise you might want to request for the upper room.

The location was excellent, near to Earl's Court underground. Lots of shops and a pharmacy close by. The bed was comfortable, albeit a sofa bed. Very good shower! Really quiet hotel, able to get a good night's sleep! Perfect for a couple spending most of the day exploring the city.

The fact that the hotel takes a £100 deposit on your card, to be cancelled on the day you leave and returned to you when your bank decides to return it. We were only informed of this the day before arrival by automated message from the hotel sent through Booking. The cleaners didn't enter the room the second day, and when they did enter they just made the bed and changed towels, they didn't clean glasses that had been used and so forth.
