Spacy room, small and modern kitchen, rather big bathroom - the room was truly comfortable. The bed is top-notch. There was even an iron with the ironing table. The location is just several minutes away from Greenwich train station, so it's easy to reach the city center, or any other destination. And there's a lovely fish'n'chips bar in front the hotel on the other side of the street, which definitely was used for good.

The only disadvantage was that the room window could not be opened, therefore was a lack of fresh air in the room (though air-conditioner helped partially with that).

It was fabulous to have effective air conditioning - that made our midsummer stay much more comfortable than in other places we have been. The kitchen facilities were another bonus that you don't find in other B&Bs or hotels. The coffee maker had delicious coffee supplied with it. Great to have a good sized fridge to keep things cool and a microwave to heat things up in. The staff were very friendly. It was quiet - we heard no noise from anywhere.There is a cafe opposite which does a hearty full English breakfast. The apartments are only a short walk from the train station. We were there for a concert at O2 to which we were able to take a bus there and back as an alternative to the train. We found it very good value for money.

Service was top notch. Concierge was responsive in whatsapp and that is very convenient. The room is also very clean and all necessary bedding and amenities was provided.

The apartment is very small for a family of 4. Will suggest a max of 3 pax. After expanding the sofa bed, there is hardly any space for people to move around. The kitchenette is also very small, particularly the sink, with just enough width to wash cups. Water splashed onto the countertop when we tried washing bigger utensils such as pots or pans. Self-service laundry (Circuit app) is also expensive for almost 4 pounds for a simple wash.

Loved the location, about a 3 mins walk to the tube station and supermarkets, as well as a chippy across the road. The small kitchen was fully equipped, even including washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Would definitely recommend if going to the O2, as only need to be on the jubilee line for 1 stop until you have to change to the DLR to get back to the apartment - saves u being on a crammed tube for ages. Amazing stay, definitely recommend

I loved how conveniently it is located near a DLR station & walking distance to Greenwich. I impressed with the studio kitchenette facilities, 2 electric rings, microwave, dishwasher!! Fridge & all the utensils you’ll need to prepare a meal. There’s an espresso machine !!. The supermarkets are very close.

When we arrived, I had ordered a twin room (twice once at booking & again at check in) but it was a double room when we arrived. The staff very quickly sorted it out making the double into a twin.

Location is great no breakfast available but nice cafe next door. Room was bright and clean towels were white and fluffy staff very welcoming and helpful.Nothing to much trouble.

Items like bread milk basic cereals and snacks available to purchase especially if you have a late arrival also a little information leaflet about what is where instead of searching through all of the cupboards ,also no sockets by the kitchen area had to put kettle and toaster on the table in order to reach the sockets but this is constructive criticism and I will certainly return again.

Clean, spacious apartment with available amenities. Comfortable and secure for solo travellers. The apartments really are lovely; great value for money; highly recommended.

Car parking - insufficient signage for directions. Access on foot - code did not work. Car park facilities underground, with very little signage to direct people towards the right exit. No one on reception at arrival; waited ten minutes, then someone arrived from the outside of the property and jumped on the reception desk. Dressed very informally; wasn't actually sure he was an employee initially. Pleasant manner but overall, not a very professional welcome. Back office / store door wide open with luggage on show; would not advise leaving luggage here - security is an issue when reception is left unmanned.

The location near the Greenwich DLR station. Best equipped kitchen out of the 4 aparthotels we visited on this trip. Decently sized room. Neighborhood felt safe. Very clean. The complimentary treats and drinks awaiting us at arrival. Friendly staff.

Our room faced Greenwich High Street and the street noise was too loud to have the window open at night. Not a huge issue since mild temps but imagine it could be an issue in higher temps. Don’t suggest using the front desk to book a taxi. The taxi company they booked was almost twice what Uber quoted and turned out it wasn’t a London taxi, just a guy using Google maps who was uncertain how to get us to our destination and ended up dropping us off 1/4 mile from where we wanted to be.

Perfect for travelers who want to rely on themselves when it comes to food and time. The kitchen had everything you can need to cook comfortably, including coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable, the linens nice and soft and the bathroom was very spacious with a very good water pressure. The location is okay. The staff was generally friendly.

It was almost impossible to use the water from the sink in the kitchen, because the faucet kept leaking after water stopped.
