The staff were excellent with a special shout out to Graziel at the front desk whose customer service was 5 Star: she really helped us with our rooms and with advice on using the fitness centre after checkout for a final shower before flying out of Singapore. The included breakfast was not bad either.

The property was really nice and actually quite close to the shops but it wasn’t obvious. Perhaps some written directions for guests somewhere would make it easier to get a midnight snack.

The hotel is located near Clarke Quay, within walking distance. The property is very elegant and refined. The rooms are not very large, but the space is sufficient. The bathroom is quite small. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very courteous: we were able to check in early at no extra cost. Breakfast includes continental options, so savory choices are available. The cappuccino is better than some I’ve had in Italy. The rooftop pool is absolutely wonderful.

Location stayed last year and was very happy. Clean rooms.

When we checked in a girl was looking after another customer. The four of us waited……….. after a while another team member arrived and checked us in. Later that evening around 10pm having a drink in the bar. There were no less than 4 people behind the counter and no one checking in. You have cameras. 1 of the 3 must be in the back office. No hospitality manager would put 3 out of 4 team members on a break together????????

We had a great stay of this hotel. Front Desk staff Sam and Graziel are very kind and accomodating. Highly recommended this hotel to others.

We stayed 5 days and 5 nights and booked queen room and twin room on top floor for a family vacation. Staff are very kind and accomodating. Sam help us a lot when we arrived and Gracielle as well. Fantastic and very convenient stay. Highly recommended this hotel to others.

Nice staff. 4 coffee machines at breakfast was very good since the breakfast area can be quite busy. Close walking distance to Clarke Quay. Nice rooftop pool, many lounge chairs to rest in. Nice gym.

There is/was a construction site next to the hotel and there was some noise from the work although windows are well insulated. Rooms are a bit small but that didn't matter for us, more importantly they were nice and clean. If you are sensitive to noise you can try to avoid rooms adjacent to elevators. No rooftop bar for some strange reason.

Perfect location Esp for the nightlife of Clarke & Robinson quay.Rooftop swimming pool and area is great for cooling off after touring all day,, also long enough to get some quality lengths in. Breakfast is ok with plenty of coffee stations. Cafe & bar was good value,Staff really friendly & helpful.

The rooms & bathroom was a little on the small size but this is Asia. Very clean & comfortable bed.

We did not love the breakfast. The variety was not there. There was ony a couple of fruit options. There also was only scrambled eggs every day. It would be nice to get other types of eggs to order. Most of the hot food items were cold.

Very good hotel well positioned near Clarke Quay where one can find a great variety of restaurants. The top floor pool has an incredible view over town . Close to bus for Chinatown and other neighbourhoods. Buffer breakfast well served. Staff very professional and kind, always ready to help.
