Great location, just a 5 minute walk to Niagara Falls National Park. Clean room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we noticed our vehicle would not fit in the parking garage, so she made accommodations for us to park in front of the hotel. We were not aware that breakfast was included until we checked-in, so that was a nice bonus. They had d.i.y. waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, coffee, juices, and yogurts available.

Parking lot behind hotel is very small. Laundry facilities were available but there was no laundry detergent available to purchase.

I love how close it is to the falls. We usually park our vehicle and unpack. And our vehicle doesn't move til we are leaving.

I think they need a little more than just waffles and cereal for breakfast. And if they are going to have just waffles, they need a couple more waffle makers. Waiting 20 mins to make your breakfast I feel is a little bit long.

They have 2 different types of places to eat and a bar. It was close to Niagara Falls like 15 minutes walking

The first room that they gave me the bathroom 🚿 door 🚪 it was broken and the hot water took forever to come out I went to the front desk and the employee gave me another room, I was satisfied with it .

Everything was great with the stay except the woman that is down monitoring breakfast. she was extremely rude!! She made many different rude statements. a gentleman picked up a napkin on the floor, and the rude lady told him he was kind….(nice thing to say, right) then goes on to say that he was the only kind person there. everyone else could learn from him. she didn’t shut her mouth the whole time we were standing in line. super offensive

Lovely rooms and attire , very spacious , very clean and nice smelling and great in room facilites including fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc . The staff members were amazing and I had the best night sleep in that bed that I’ve had in a very long time, great views from the floor aswell. Not to forget the hot tub and pool which relaxes me a lot

The breakfast was a bit limited and the luggage storage isn’t the safest system but works

Excellent location! We walked everywhere and didn't have to worry a bit about finding a parking place. Easy walk to the Falls and Maid of The Mist and even across the bridge to Canada. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.

The space for personal care items by the sink is small. It would have been adequate if there were a towel bar in the area to hang up the hand towels and wash cloths. As it was, we had to put the towel on the counter. Not very hygienic because the towel just stayed wet. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No eggs (except on Saturday), no oatmeal. No choice for a hot meal except standing in a long line to make your own waffle. And then, no tongs to remove the waffle? What were we supposed to do? The waffle batter was too thin as well, making a good outcome impossible. Very crowded area is a concern in these still-Covid times.

The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect & close to the Falls & the staff was always helpful! The rooms are super clean & spacious. The beds are so comfy! The location to the Falls was so great!! This hotel is honestly a great value for the cost!

The halls feel a bit dark. Yes they are clean....but the darkness of the hallways to your room feel a bit dark & makes it seem not as welcoming (the rooms are nice - so maybe light up the hallways so it seems more welcoming.) Also the breakfast is NOT great. It is not well staffed, it is not set up great for the amount of people tryung to eat....overall you need to hire a professional in food service to help you find the best way to appropriately set up a buffet style breakfast to serve the amount of people you have attending. 2 waffle makers for the hundreds of people attending is not sufficient.

Not a lot I ddnt like just that I wish they could fix the breakfast arrangement.. I waited forever for a big group of family to finish making waffles.. gave up and left with a bagel I had not wanted. My key card ddnt work twice and had to go back to the front desk twice🤦🏿‍♀️. Room was not dirty but not fully clean too. But was comfortable I liked it.

It was so close to everything! The staff was so great also! The front desk lady got us a room when it was first available and saved it for us when we got back about 2 hours later. So so nice to be able to go back and forth throughout the day to fry off, take a break, and go back out again. Thank you so much!!

Everything was great. We stayed a few years ago…and wow, what an improvement!! Beautiful updates and the rooms were quiet too!

Location, front desk, breakfast

commode bowl was not cleaned properly......it had stains and marks from previous guests. No new toilet tissue was provided....two old less than half roles were there. Toiletries were not provided for three people. I informed the front desk.....the rep told me.... no cleaning staff available....he offered us another room....but we did not want as we had unpacked everything already. He gave us new toilet tissue roles...
