I liked the fact that it was located within walking distance for everything if you enjoy walking which me and my sister did. The room was very comfortable and room service was always there to clean and replace things. The staff were amazing and so friendly especially the man who booked us in and then out, can't remember his name but he had glasses and long hair tied back. He was always smiling and said hi when we saw him. We had a later flight and they didn't mind us leaving our suitcases and sitting in the lobby for a few hours till we got picked up. I would definitely come back to this hotel and stay again!

The only thing I would say is the wifi kept kicking my sister off throughout the week when we were in the room for hours so she didn't like that. That and the pillows which we might have our own preference for harder pillows, they were a bit uncomfortable but we got used to them.

Good breakfast to start the day with energy. Fantastic location, minutes from downtown, and with city transportation services nearby, you can comfortably reach any part of Toronto or other region, as all in one way or another pass-through Union Station. Even the transfer from the airport to downtown Toronto, which was comfortable, fast and easy with UP Express and the PRESTO card. All the staff are polite and willing to always help. They helped me with an early check-in, as my flight arrived at 6am to Toronto. The hotel facilities, including my room that I chose, clean, tidy, with all the items that were indicated in its description, the internet signal very good, I liked their policy in favor of the environment. I always stay at this hotel chain when I have the opportunity, and yes, I recommend this hotel chain.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. We went to a Maple Leafs game at Scotiabank, then out in the village after. Easy to get to all parts of the city from the hotel's location. Parking was also easy, and underground with an elevator to the lobby and rooms. Check in was a breeze. Mangesh helped us immensely with that, and also delivered our uber eats food right to our room! Hard to get service like that these days. Hotel was clean, everything functioned great, beds were comfy, and the price was right! Highly recommend and will stay again when in Toronto.

The only thing I didn't like during our stay was that the maid started cleaning the room right next to us at 8am, and it was very loud! Once the vacuum came on I asked her politely to stop and she did. Maybe she didn't know we were in the other room still sleeping, but it was unfortunate.

The hotel is situated perfectly for downtown Toronto. There are a few homeless people about as there is a salvation army across the road but they don’t bother you at all. The reception staff are fantastic especially Sugu who was super friendly and helpful. Also alisha and Garima. The breakfast is ok but slightly repetitive. The bed is super comfy and also are the pillows which is a big plus as i find it hard to find pillows that are comfortable when you’re away. we were on the 14th floor and had a fantastic view of the Toronto skyline it was superb.

The shower was not powerful at all it took you forever to wash. Also the hotel uses plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. And also they do provide any glasses if you want a beer or any other drinks in your room which i found really annoying.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries, tissues, and shampoo. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. One of my favorite perks was the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch!

The location is perfect because it is a central location. The parking was fantastic as well and very convenient to get to. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast has almost everything imaginable and exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very clean and the main lobby had a fully stocked store to purchase bottled drinks, midnight snacks, and frozen dinners.

The TV wasn't the greatest because there was no guide and not much more than news stations.

The location is perfect in the "Old Downtown" Toronto. Great access to trains, subway, etc. The facility itself was clean and rooms were comfortable, including the bed. The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this facility to get a feel for Toronto itself. Very walkable location to events downtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, featuring a very good walk-in shower. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the rooms, as well as the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was suitable, with an option available for everyone. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to find and perfect for walking around the area. A highlight of our stay was the fun experience of having snacks delivered to our room by a Robot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, amenities, and unique touches!

Excellent location. Steps away from restaurants and some classic Toronto attractions. Easy access and connection to different means of transportation. The room was comfortable and precise for the requirements of a one-night stay. The breakfast was varied and quite good.

We stayed only one night at the hotel, and the morning before we left, we noticed that one area of ​​the room was damp.

Good location, staff very helpful, room large, great view from 16th floor, bed very comfortable. Shower great with good towels and Toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Free coffee in reception 24 hours. Small tuck shop in lobby.

Unpleasant smell on entering room, was offered two alternative rooms, which also had the same smell so decided to stay in original room as better view, was left a room spray and we kept windows open which seemed to solve problem. Not sure if it was coming from carpet or air conditioning ventilation.
